My first exposure to Robert G. Lee was at a Moody Walkworthy Men's Conference In Chagrin Falls, Ohio. I literally laughed so hard my sides hurt and I was gasping for air. I rarely laugh that hard at anything. He is a great comedian and impressionist and most of all a brother in Christ! I have been a fan of his ever since.

Those of us who feel offended also have a choice. So if nobody cares we have the choice to unsubscribe. But I thought be good to bring to light this error. Nothing funny about our faith. If anything it ought to bring tears when contemplating on the horror of The Passion, agony and brutal death of our Lord Jesus Christ at the hands of satan.

I dare to remind those who were offended that the Bible tells us we are made in God's image. We have a sense of humor. Therefore God has a sense of humor. A perfect syllogism. Jesus gave us our brains and our talents to be used for His glory. Fact: When people laugh at something, they remember it. Humor is part of human nature because God made it so. The Bible tells us God saw everything He had made and found it good. He made humor and laughter. Therefore humor and laughter are good, especially when they point to and lead to Jesus. Another perfect syllogism. So much for stodgy Christian disciples, philosophers, apologists. They and their ilk probably offend Bible living and believing Comedians and their appreciative like-minded (and hearted) audiences 😊

I see I'm not the only one that feels this way. He died for our sins, paid the price with His own precious blood. Forgive me if I am mistaken, but I have not read anywhere in scripture where it is ok to make light of these things. "Could you please pass your mother?" Are we to laugh at at this? Mr. Huckabee please help me to understand. "Please pass your mother", are we supposed to laugh at this? I don't understand. Is that supposed to be humor? I have not seen anywhere in scripture that says it is ok to laugh about what the Lord has given us through His word. Am I mistaken? Please show me if I am mistaken. A caterpillar scooting along, a frog wiggling up a wall, a bumblebee bumping into things, the smile of a fellow brother or sister in Christ, a hug from a friend not seen for a while, a child's laughter, and above all, Jesus Christ my Lord and savior. I do not however, consider the word of God to be a laughing matter. I truly hope that Mr. Huckabee may one day understand. God bless you and your family May. I fell to my knees in tears saying "I'm so sorry I'm so sorry I'm so sorry.", because I realized how unworthy I truly am. He gave me a new heart. Me......of all people. Mr. Huckabee before I unsubscribe I just would like to ask you if you knew the content of this comedian's act? I believe I read somewhere that you were once a pastor...if that is true, I just don't understand your laughing at this guy. The "Martha, Martha, Martha" bit was especially offensive! Jesus called her name twice for emphasis and to teach her something of value in that her sister, Mary chose to be at the feet of Jesus to learn from Him. Not funny and very disrespectful!
