A unique reviewer who makes me go get a sample and smell while listening. SAKS & NORDSTROM fragrance counter employees KNOW I’m just there to smell. I walk in asking for “specific fragrance” spray on skin and 1 scent strip then walk out. I absolutely don’t want to waste their time and pretend I’m going to purchase at that moment. Then I get in the car engage with my higher self and start the video. 😁😁

Easily the best review of this fragrance I've seen. I've loved this fragrance for years. I'm puzzled by the "for women" tag; is it a recent addition? I feel that it's 100% unisex.

I bought this yesterday morning after owning a sample a year or so ago. Described exactly as I remember it. So glad I get the ATH seal of approval as this gives that extra confidence wearing the fragrance.

I recommend giving Bohemian Lime by Goldfield & Banks a try. It has a similar profile to Mandarino di Amalfi.

This Tom Ford replaced years of Neroli Portofino as the summer scent. So I flip between Mandarino di Almafi and D&G Light Blue Forever when I'm in Italy or Cote D'Azur. Really suits warm days and linen. Although a blast in winter is good when the weather is lousy.

Literally Just added ethyl linalool and linalyl acetate to a dense, floral formula im working on before watching this video. glad im on the right track after seeing this! I need more lift off the skin :) also i never thought of adding aquatic AC’s to a, rather floral, citrus dominant formula until now. Im shooting for a juicy, watery, fresh melon opening that tapers to some florals

It's kind of like Dolce & Gabanna Light Blue Pour Femme. Doesn't matter if it's marketed to women, a fair amount of men like it and it's absolutely fine for them to wear it.

Fun review, as always! Though I had a different take: I've tried Mandarino di Amalfi multiple times, and really liked it--but, in my opinion, it is simply straight-up orange (mandarin). Rendering it simple (i.e., not complex) and, thus, not price-point justifiable. (For context, Neroli Portofino -- well, to be honest, Neroli Canvas, the excellent clone of NP -- is my signature.) I do not know why that line appears in the above.

My favourite for hot summer day! I wish it could last more but it’s great also to reapply to experience the fresh, effervescent part of it! As far as I remember Tom Ford said once In an interview that ALL of his fragrances are completely unisex and everyone can wear it. I think as Estée Lauder makes these and they have to market it someway in department stores that’s why it ends up on the “female” section. Anyways who cares! We wear what we want! 😜

Megamare is insane and has no peers, aquatic beast! Mandarino di Amalfi is soft and light, where Megamare is the dark, deep blue-green sea.

I bought a bottle of this a couple of weeks ago, and have been waiting for the weather to heat up to go and wear this one out. It's so clean and so fresh, it's absolutely perfect for those hot midsummer days. This and Dior Homme Cologne will be my go-to "Extra hot day" fragrances going forward. Couldn't be happier with it.

It’s been discontinued. Civet natural and synthetic gives me a migraine. Sole di Positano is basically the same with oakmoss instead. Apparently MDA has no mandarin at all. It was firstly marketed to men but like all the private blends they are unisexed. In a hot climate it’s gone within the hour.
