No not always!

Nsaids corticosteroids abts bact pericarditis. Pericardectomy, complications cardiac tampononade pressures heart decrease CO mi or inf or autoimmune can cause. Hypotension can cause decreasing BP. JVD muffled heart sounds due to fluid. Paradoxical pilse systolic bp 10 mm hg decrease expiration. Electrical alternation heart beat changes, qrs amplitude changing based on heart positioning. Ekg, cxr, echo to diagnose. Pericardiocentesis, troul e breathing. Cardio myopathy to edema, hf, 3 types dilated common ventricles enlarge, weaken ststolic affected. Ventricles thicken diastolic and blood outflow decreased 3rd type:. .....sx cardio angiogram, meds diuretics, digoxin, antihtns, septal myectomy, part of septum heart muscle out. Septum alcohol injected made thinner. LVad or pacemaker or heart transplant.
