Thank you. Growing up in Ireland, my dad would give us all clove tea whenever we had coughs or Coles and it always made us better. It really does work.

1 person serving: 250 mL of water Bring it to a boil Turn off the stove Add 1 Tbsp of cloves Mix and steep 10-15 minutes (Ground cloves is about 5 mins) Can add tea, honey, maple syrup or any sweetener This can be refrigerated for up to several days *Not for women pregnant or breastfeeding or small children

Is 10 ounces. Have measuring cup with milliliters on one side and ounces/cups on other.

I wish you wouldn't have included the competing background soundtrack because It's harder to hear and follow your instructions. After only a few seconds I had to stop the video and find another to learn how to make the tea.

I thought the music was very appropriate for the video. In fact, I really loved it. I do think the volume of the music could’ve been turned down or her volume of VOICE turned up. But I thought it was pretty good.
