I have this aswell. It is the boundary/margin where the monitors come together, the closer you get to second monitor (to the right) it happens. If you do the same as above but further to your left it wont stutter, strange

I didn't have a problem before, but now I'm experiencing the same thing and I couldn't solve it in any way, can you help me? Sometimes it happens on a single monitor, it goes away when you lower the Hz value and increase it back again.

same thing, as soon i unplug the second moniter the stutter is gone but i need the second

I am currently facing this problem. Do you a solution? it's only happen if I toggle 'show second display only'

Sorry for the late reply,try to do a clean startup (disable all the service except microsoft service at the system config page ),than restart,to me,the issue was gone,than,I enabled all the service and restart my computer,that issue no longer appeared,and I don’t know why.
