Agree 100%. Unfortunately, even though home prices space been through the roof, it seems like they can't build them fast enough, and the crews are not as skilled or have the time to pay enough attention to detail. Plus, the inspectors are very suspect and they let a help of a lot pass that shouldn't. My old house that was built in the 50s was built way better than my current house that was built in 1994. I've seen the videos of how crappy the construction is today on half million dollar homes. It's really sad.

@@johnvrabec9747private always beats public... Thats why in Canada we hire private companies to build/demolish stuff. All the public projects take 4-5x longer than planned to complete. Not to mention there is a widespread epidemic with drug use on worksites across America. 1/10 deaths from opioid overdose in my province happen on job sites. Opioids have ruined everything :(

It’s nice to see quality builders you can trust. I left Calif for NC (bot acreage/build a hse) & all I hear from homeowners is how much a builder ripped them off, how horribly stressful it was. Well, we don’t hav these issues in California bc of strict laws & penalties (jail & fines). Too bad that’s what it will take due to unscrupulous GCs/builders. Your vids are awesome & so are you guys.
