I couldn’t find the premade corners locally, so I did make them myself with that router bit set, and it was definitely frustrating with 16’ long boards. Fortunately the house had about 11 corners and they turned out good but definitely buy them premade for sure 👍🏼

Try a Milwaukee power caulk gun. You will save your wrist’s of Carpal Tunnel also. It also gives you the same distribution all the way down the area you’re trying to cover. An even bead.

Hey guys, have you had a test drive of a battery powered calking gun? They are next level cool when doing long runs with constant flow and have volume control so you can dial in you bead really easy. Yeah they do cost a little, but they are gear driven so the actual mechanics last ages. I was getting 12/18 months daily use out of a Makita as a boatbuilder pushing anything from 5/100 tubes a week. I even had one go for a swim and after a day in the sun still worked. Just a thought! Keep up the awesome work!!

I’ve learned something new, playing these videos at home while I’m hitting my own To Do list it just keeps me going so strong… because it is such great motivation feeling like there’s someone strong and able, and who cares about the details working at the same time on their own thing. and being single… lol… there’s nothing like this crew to keep me fired up to keep going! Lots of good positive vibes and good work ethic. I’ve almost gotten half of my spring cleaning done and it’s not spring yet 😀

Jamie ! i have a question regarding the zip system if you don't mind: the way i understand it is, that the green layer is only a coating replacing the need for a wrapping with e.g. tyvek. you tape all the seams to get it sealed. How do you managed the thousands of holes punched by the nails though? it seems to me, that either sealing the edges is not necessary or the nails pose a considerable problem. sure the sheathing goes on there to protect it but that again punches holes through the wall love your videos, keep up the great work

I love the smell of sawdust, and I know the Perkins crew does as well. But be careful as sawdust is extremely carcinogenic, especially that from plywood or manufactured boards that have adhesives in there. So consider a n n95 mask if you are the cut guy, and ALWAYS Wear a mask if it is cementitious. Live long and prosper.
