Throughout my 3 year nightmare dealing with dentists ( failed dentistry), resulting in nerve damage, facial trauma in the middle of everything and now have displaced discs and a "floating"jaw , no bite, jaw spasms, neck pain, visual and auditory affected, numb arms and left leg....list goes on and on from Specialist's dental appliances which made everything worse...YOU have been more helpful and explained so much regarding all of this and how TMJ disfunction is truly a whole body issue which needs addressing. I thank you, so very much Doctor for your time and dedication to these podcast which you have provided. Like so many others who watch you...I am so grateful for your help. You are healing people you may never probably meet but know that you are so appreciated! 🕊️

Dr. Perry, Can you recommend anything for tinnitus? I have been doing the Big 6 for a couple months with no relief. It seems to get worse after a nap, regardless if I'm in a recliner or laying down.

Tough condition many possible causes. Too many to give advice for because it is highly individual.

Hello, I understand that the vagus nerve is responsible for our rest, repair and digest. But isn't it also responsible for the freeze response. That there is high and low tone dorsal vagal but also the lovely ventral vagal. Does your course cover this nuanced complex of the vagus nerve? I would also like to thank you for your informative talks, they have been very helpful.
@stopchasingpainАй бұрын
Yes that is a vagal response that you cannot control. Yes our vagus course is intensive and unlike any other. It's 8-hours

WHAT IS THE BEST SOLUTION FOR TMJ DISC
@stopchasingpainАй бұрын
I cannot answer that question because that depends on how you got the problem with your TMJ disc it's not the same for everyone. Starting here is a good place.

@ It happened to me suddenly. I don’t know if it was due to stress, a vitamin D deficiency, an immune disease, or osteoporosis.

Can sinus problems be caused by tension? I wonder about this for my mom
@stopchasingpainАй бұрын
Yes they can. That is most often lymphatic stagnation.

I grind at night and notice Im clenching hard quite often. Any truth in this being related to possible parasites?
@Rach-CatMommyАй бұрын
I also clench my teeth at night, I notice I have more of an issue with grinding when I am under stress
@stopchasingpainАй бұрын
Do not know of a correlation there. Need to look at other symptoms and history to suspect parasites.
@IgStuАй бұрын
I grind my teeth all the time now; might as well be chewing gum. Always stress is happening pretty much.
