This is an extremely informative webinar and addresses a critically important topic of how to improve on the results of a proven IT skills training model. Per Scholas and SkillUp have done some excellent research here around the benefits of stipends and increased financial security during a rigorous training course period. The learning is clear here and now the thinking should move to how this can be scaled.

I appreciate the contributions of everyone involved with the efforts to improve the financial status of the underserved through no-cost to learners education. To excel in life one thing that's needed is a no-strings opportunity. Thank you for being a blessing to those in need.

A 1k dollars is better than nothing, but 1k over 15 weeks is 🤷♂! The HR Gatekeepers are the real barrier to entry with most of these positions. Even when you have the required skills to meet the criteria HR moves the bar to have you jumping more hoops to gain employment. The threat actors are having a field day while HR continue to promote this foolishness. I don't think it's only self-doubt it's also includes imposter syndrome. The feeling and mindset that you don't belong in this space because you're told that you don't belong in this space.
