Iv never smelt the OG but had persuis for a few days now. First impression was wow this is very unique in a good way but found that metallic note to be front row although I liked it I wasn't sure if it was a little too sharp an overwhelming. But absolutely love it now. It reminded me of kalan not love at first smell but is now a top 3 for me. Very impressive if your correct about the raw lavender. Keep up the good work 👌

Yes the metallic note is very prominent is very sharp and can be something that could put you off this fragrance but like you say you have to wear it a few times, understand that it is a weird wonderful metallic note, and then suddenly it all clicks into place! I found the exact same, after all the hype around Pegasus I was really let down by this one when I first smelt it..just weird lol But after a couple of wears I absolutely love it!

Trinidad Fan in the house I tried this already it's really richer and stronger. But the opening was a bit too strong for me but it's really good quality. Really love your stuff brother.

I bought the whole line up of these clones in which there are 6 of them, all smell amazing except for Kalos, however it does start to smell quite a bit better in the dry down, I think it's the black pepper note that comes across a bit over powering, some really amazing clone fragrances for an amazing price.

See i think Kalos is spot on too. Granted, it has been awhile since I smelled Kalan but I hated that at first and then by the end of the decant, I loved it. I think this is very close...may lose some of the depth but not sure. I like Kalos.

You mentioned the original Perseus is suitable for all year round and any occasion. I think i recalled you have said in the other video about the persues that it is less suitable in the hot weather or in summer. I wanted to order persues asap but I'm not sure if it would be suitable in my hot weather country. Hope you help. Thank you very much

Thanks for your comments and for your questions, so Perseus is very versatile and is suitable for all seasons…the only approach that I take is to spray less in summer and more in winter….it projects well and lasts a long time….many days on clothes!!! So it is suitable for hot weather…just easy on the sprayer…hopefully this helps with your decision…best wishes from JL

I've put the OG on one hand and Perseus on the other and it was identical except that Perseus destroyed the OG in performance! lol Your description of Perseus ExclusIF sounds like the OG there too. I have been debating getting it, but I think i will try it now.

Perseus exclusifffff has a place, and whilst it is not as wearable as Perseus given the right season, and the right occasion it would shine. Well hello Mr P. Awesome to hear from you as ever. In terms of Parfum de Marleys clones I would strongly recommend Perseus it’s almost an absolute spit and crazy good for its cheap price. I hope you would try other parfums de marley clones from Maison Alhambra. I think there are about 5-6 more bottles and gotten a great feedback as to being a great clones from Parfum de marley. There's leyden(blue bottle), kalos(red), galatea(golden), hercules(green), cassius(black). And there's also maison alhambra victorioso victory, clone of invictus victory that you liked. Too bad, the elixir version isn't out yet

Leyden and especially Galatea are supposed to be quite bad, I was afraid to buy them. Cassius is amazing, I like Kalos and am not sure what to think of MA Perseus. For Layton there are way better clones, I own Haramain Detour Noir which isn't the best I read but imo its so amazing, I won't get another one.

Thank you for your question, ok so honestly on my skin I would call the performance decent…to be fair though it doesn’t keep up with the OG Perseus …. But Perseus exclusif is a skin scent all day….clothes you can detect it the next day and in terms of projection it does for about 1-1.5 hours and then for a further couple of hours it is a close scent bubble. Realistically it is a cooler weather fragrance. Hand on heart I just much prefer to original Perseus…it’s more versatile and I get more compliments from it. (Having sprayed both for females they all prefer the original Perseus…) I hope that my answer helps you make a good choice….best wishes from JL

For such a small amount of money as you can get the Exclusif scent, it's not worth it at all! Especially since many more expensive or niche perfumes often don't even last that long unfortunately! I haven't had a sniff of this clone, but I did own Pegusus Exclusifffffffff and much preferred it over the OG Pegusus which was too almondy and designer smelling for me. Unfortunately, I found the ExclusiffffffffFffffFff far too similar to Layton ExclusiffffffffFffffFff and I like that one much more more so I swapped it with a lad on Fragrantica for a bottle of vintage GPH2. For me, Pegusus E (I won't Ffff bomb again) is a mix of Kalan, Layton E and Perseus. These Alhambra's are insane for the price though, the ones I've sampled or bought have been so close they almost make the PdM originals redundant. If you have the money for the OG's, spend it, but if not these are damn close.

I discovered your channel By accidentally buying the Wrong version of Armaf Craze. You did a review on the Dud version of craze. The grey bottle Craze not the orange. When I ordered the proper orange bottle I fell in I LOVE with Craze ! Is Perseus better than Craze ? The Almondy vanilla in Craze is splendid !

Hello my friend, glad you found me on this channel, Armaf’s Crazy, the original orange bottle is a gorgeous clone of Pegasus. However, I am told that the current formulations, although they smell amazing performance is somewhat lacking due to reformulation. In terms of whether craze is better than Perseus,honestly cries and Perseus smell very similar. They are both amazing copies of Pegasus. Perseus has the edge over craze as it is cheaper and it hasn’t yet been re-formulated. My recommendation is that when you have finished your current bottle of craze when you come to replace it go for Perseus. Best wishes from JL

Thanks for your question, Perseus exclusif definitely still has the almond, in fact, it is very much the original Perseus with an strong oud wood note. I hadn’t really thought about it, but I suppose it does have a sort of bitter coffee vibe to it….! !
