Perseverance can be difficult to have when you're really struggling with problems and trying to accomplish things because it feels like there's no hope and like it's impossible. I have good problem solving skills and have been told that. It's good to reach out for help from not just family and friends, but also a therapist or other professionals by searching in your community. There are resources you can look up like support groups and people who have had the same experiences and got through them and were successful. You can read books, other literature, and watch videos about how to do things and what to do. That should help give patience, perseverance, determination, faith, hope, confidence, and motivation to keep going and gratitude for when you are successful.

I have never disliked my life because I pitied myself, this is the reason, I've hated my life because it is not the life I ever wanted for myself and I felt trapped in bad habits and thought patterns and pain and I felt like it had no purpose and everyone around me was toxic including myself but not intentionally, but I had lots of abusers in my life bringing me down, yeah, I was in a mess lol I'm in a much better place but when rejection or triggers surface those feelings of hating my life surface.
