Atlus needs to bring the PSP version to modern platforms with the PSOne soundtrack in tact or the ability to choose it. Because it is SO much better than the rearranged one Meguro-san did, he might be an amazing composer, but this was a swing and a miss that was so bad that I legit did not get the game because of how godawful it was.

Kenichi Tsuchiya is very special at Atlus, shame he doesn't compose more themes. Meguro and him joined Atlus simultaneously. But I guess Persona doesn't want to be this dark and old school anymore since P3. Kouji Okada was the director and Kaneko created the art direction. Persona was created by both Okada and Kaneko.

God I hope they bring the PSP remake to modern platforms but allow us to switch between the original and arranged soundtracks. The remake's boss battle theme and battle themes in general do not hold a candle to this. Seriously, you just want to wail on some bad guys when this is cranking in the background. I still don’t understand why in the first release of Persona 1 on PS 1 ,know as Revelation Persona they Change Masao Inaba, in Mark, well him wasn’t the only character change name or design for example Elly or Ellen she only change color of Hair, Eyes and Foulard not create a new character from the old one. Where the story takes place isnt vital at all. The problem is that the entire localization was hilariously bad and downright lazy. Pretty apparent that the devs gave very little mind towards getting this localization together and it horribly suffered as a result. In regards to the baseball cap thing, its not entirely out of the ordinary for someone to wear a baseball cap without being a fan of baseball. Also I think a localization mishap that best puts things in perspective is the the monkey thing. On the chance you or maybe someone else reading this hasn't played the game, there's a little bit of a running joke where Nanjo calls Mark a monkey due to his round head and big ears making him resemble one. In Revelations Persona they uh...left in the joke despite Mark being black now and as such making Nate sound like a racist.
