Teddie and Akihiko were my initials choices to mains since that was my team in BBTAG. But for some reason Junpei has caught my interest. I'm not even into baseball that much. I guess because he's considered "low tier" and I am a sucker for low tier characters.

@@cringekid3993 I mean he gets a lot more damage sure but he still has to get in. Victory Cry is good but I wouldn't say he goes to top since it is more a snowballing tool than anything. He keeps the same weaknesses he has before victory cry

Not sure if it's still a thing but Shadow Labrys used to be able to quick turn Guillotine Aerial to vacuum opponents out of the corner then OMC into a roll for a cross up. Even in the corner she can still cross you up it's wild

nope! but there is charge inputs. and universal mechanics that require the C or D buttons can make asterius do stuff you dont want it to that could be hard to manage

A friend invited me to try fighting games with him and we're starting with this one, and wow... there was a lot to learn! But this video was super helpful. Your fluent use of that button/direction input notation was really helpful, because I have no idea how to do shit in fighting games besides hit the normal buttons (lol). Wish me luck! Also, I'd take any tips for a total noobie who only has experience with the SSB series.

his midscreen damage is not that good and his persona has some decent recovery so persona breaks can happen to him kinda often if you arent careful.

I was going to, but then I remember they changed it in this version to where it only instant killed at the last 10 seconds of a match so I didn’t think it was as much as a key tool as it used to be.
