Persona 5 Royal - Small Details You May Have Missed!!

Here is the long awaited follow up to my original Small Details You May Have Missed in Persona 5! Persona 5 Royal has only upped the ante with hidden secrets all throughout the game.
Some of these Easter Eggs and references may be in the Vanilla Persona 5, but a majority of them covered in this video are new to the P5R Experience.

There's actually one specific secret I think a lot of people looked over. Leading up to the 3rd semester (April-December), all of the people you can see just walking around Tokyo have no facial expressions. In January, the third semester, look at the NPC's again and you can see them with big, happy smiles.

Another deal not mentioned here that I discovered elsewhere: Apparently, if you call Kawakami to do chores for you while you go out and do other stuff, her Confidant page has a Becky sticker covering up Kawakami’s name. I think her portrait might change, too.

Here's one part in the game where you can hang out with Ryuji in Nakano and during this, a famous actress shows up and Ryuji wanted to check her out. It doesn't turn out well because there were so many people wanting to see her too. Then, at the end, Ryuji gives you a room decorative, which are the Feathermen Dolls. I have a strong feeling that this famous actress that was there and Ryuji wanted to see was Yukari from Persona 3, especially since in Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, it revealed that she became a famous actress playing the part of the pink member of the Feathermen. This even gets slightly referenced in Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth by the way Ann and Futaba were admiring Yukari and she has no idea what they were talking about. So, it's clear that even during the events of Persona 5, Yukari is still working as an actress. So, that and the Feathermen figures is a strong clue that this famous actress that Ryuji tried to see was in fact Yukari. Though, I could be wrong on that and it could really just be any famous actress.

I only spotted one when i was third eye farming with ryuji, it gives amounts based on joses stamps and lower you go you get better ones so 11 soul food around saes area. Atms only spawn at going up escalators you can farm for them by just re entering an area ive found at least 20 first play through

Spoilers! Remember Sumires phone? like how she said it kept on bugging out? Thats because it was Kasumi's phone during the car accident. As a result the phone ended up damaged without her knowing because of maruki messing with her cognition to make her forget she was sumire and kasumi instead.

The Confidant portraits also get subtle changes when you romance someone. I don't remember exactly where, but some part of the UI changes into hearts (I think it was the little gauge telling you what level you're on that's usually made up of stars)

I don't know if you've covered this detail before, but there are a lot of small changes to the characters' animations when they're in safe rooms. Like as they get more comfortable with the team and thievery they change. There are more examples of this but one is that Ann tries to cover herself in safe rooms until Kaneshiro's palace when Makoto joins (probably because there's another girl there so she feels more comfortable that the "sausage fest" has died down)>

One I noticed there's actually 2 variations of the Showtime attacks, one for a regular enemy and one for bosses. For example QueenXNoir the boss version has them doing a dual drop kick instead the elbow drop. QueenXSkull has Skull launching Queen into the air in which she attacks from above with with a ground pound kind of attack. Unfortunately you can't view the variations in the Thieves Den. Also in the 3rd semester there are no mementos conversation where Akechi starts and Haru/Futaba responds cause they still resent him for killing their parents. In the same vein it's impossible to get a game of tycoon with Akechi and Futaba and/or Haru. It's also why you can only play with him alone in darts. I know I'm kind of late to the party, but since I replayed P5R recently to finish the game to 100%, I've discovered an easter egg and I haven't seen anyone talk about it once. So basically, during snowy/cold times, when you take the train to go somewhere, there is a small chance to see a Jack Frost drawing on one of the windows. I've seen it only once and I didn't really gave it much attention at first since it's so small, but now I'm getting frustrated because I haven't been able to see it again.
