I loved the Untethered Soul i have read the series. I still struggle being present though. My other book is Free to Focus by Micheal Hyatt. I will check out some of these.

Same! Same! Same! I joke that I should be a super hero by now with all the self help books I’ve read😂 I’ve not read fining your North Star, I would like to check it out. I’m getting chills too, holy smokes the power of writing that dream down! Then it happened! I’ve read the untethered soul and have it on my bookshelf. Been years though and may be a good one to read again. Also have untamed and LOVED it! My son and his partner got it for me because they knew I would resonate too! So good. Great video.
