Yes, same issues...helped by warm compresses on eyelids followed by massaging lids to activate oil glands. Also, take daily fish oil capsules, and finally, use Systane extreme dry eye ointment at bedtime.

I am a big believer in Prayer Jeri. I am a miracle from God. Major heart attack and open heart surgery. They told us I should have gone out in a body bag. Two of the arteries were 98 percent blocked one was the widow maker artery. My daughter got on the phone un be known to me and started a prayer chain. I am alive but it did take a lot out of me. So not to cry I am telling you this because God can and will heal in his time I will put you on the prayer list at church and I will be praying for you. God bless my little Italian friend.😮❤❤❤❤

I can’t how difficult it must be to put your art aside for now and then not to be able to read, or get on the computer...goodness. But I know the irritation and pain makes it doubly hard. What a blessing that you’ve found that the beach location has some healing properties and that you are able to go there. I will keep you in my prayers!

Thank you so much Debbie! I have definitely discovered the AC is the WORST for it. We're in a heat wave and we HAD to put it on and the symptoms got worse. I'm learning alot these days! 💚

So very sorry for your eye problems! I know you must be miserable! I have not suffered from dry eye but went thru some scary things with me eyes recently. Praise God I am ok now and have prayed for you. Sounds fun about redoing your camper! Will give you something good to focus on! Hope the beach brings you the relief you need.

Dear sweet Jeri sending healing vibes, ((hugs)), positive energy, etc. You poor dear my greatest fear is to lose my vision or the ability to move my hands for crafting. Jeri, I KNOW your eyes will heal! No matter if you ever do another art video, or videos in general, you are right...there is a plan! I fully sympathize with autoimmune issues, as I have MS. Wasn’t the best news I ever got, but I know it brought about changes in my life for the better. I am now doing very well, to the point it was reclassified as stable/ benign MS. I am keeping you in prayer for your healing. I will love watching your RV restoration.

(I no longer ignore these things) boil some water, with some salt in it... lean over it with a towel over your head... let the steam bathe your eyes...be careful not to burn yourself, of course... I like ZeeCee idea. I would suggest using pink Himalayan salt because of the natural minerals. Also good water, not tap water. Don't use regular salt because of the yucky additives. Sending you energy and hope. Big Hugs.

I am sending you love and hugs!! I don't know about dry eye, but I have breathing issues. It is funny how the beach makes me better. I hope you get a lot of beach time and get to feeling better. I know breathing and eyes are two different things, but I think you were diffusing during this video.... I had to stop diffusing to feel better. Just a thought, but no clue if I am right or wrong for dry eyes... I am excited to see you do the RV remodel!! I have done 5 houses & to me they are like doing giant art pieces. I hope you can get back to the art soon! I think that is something you enjoy!! Will keep praying for you!!

I can't live without my diffuser!! I have 5!! It keeps the air moist and sometimes I just hover my face right over it! Thank you for your sweet comment. I do feel like I'm creating in the camper so my spirit is feeling uplifted at the moment. Thank you for sending prayers! 💚

Hi Jeri, sorry you are going through a rough patch. I too have dry eyes and got the tear duct plugs and that helped a long time. I use moisture drops, had to stop night ointments due to reactions. Hope you find what helps you soon. Miss you when you are not on video. Hugs and prayers.

You may want to try caster oil drops in your eyes. I don't know much about it but remember reading about it when I was doing research on cataracts. Worth a shot.

Dear Jeri, I hope your eyes recover. I sit in front of a screen all day 5 days a week consistently and for long periods of time in my job as a transcriptionist. Occasionally my eyes become extremely dry and sandy feeling. I have learned to use OTC Refresh nighttime lubricant/ointment at night and OTC Systane Ultra eyedrops during the day when needed. I was amazed after the first night of use how much better my eyes were. I don't have to use it every night, but it works for me when I do use it. I can only tell you what works for me. Thank you Violet! I just got some new drops yesterday. I've tried so many now... I use castor oil in my eyes at night and it feels so good at the end of the day. You can't use them during the day they make your vision blurry.. One day at a time! 💚

My husband suffered the same and used so many drops and wound up sitting in a dark room with sunglasses and was miserable. After many trips to the doctors we found out it was the oil glands in the upper eyelid. I didn't even know we had those! They coat the eyes. He was instructed to use only warm compresses on his eyes to help the gland. It has worked praise God and he is finally active again. Don't know if your situation is the same but maybe worth considering. I pray you find the solution.

Yes Deanna, it is my oil glands on the lower lids, probably the upper too but the warm compress has not helped.... yet..... I'll keep looking! Thanks for being here!💚

Hi Jeri, so sorry to hear of your pain and discomfort. I also have a severe dry eye condition which I've managed for many years with the help of my eye specialists. If it's of any help I use a cream on my eyelids at night called Hycor eye ointment (Australia). No preservatives in any of my drops as I'm allergic to them. We tried punctal plugs(spelling?)to encourage tears, just did horrible things to my skin! You start to build up a picture over time of activities, environmental factors and different reactions that help refine your treatment. Apologies for the long winded response. I truly hope you're able to work through treatment/action that works for you. Wishing you all the very best 💙 💙
