My God! This is stunning. First time I see where 'ego' comes in as doer. Years and years I have been stuck in there in the layers of increasing density. Suddenly I see!

This is just remarkable. I used to think that i was both the thinker and the ‘punisher’ for thinking certain thoughts. I’m beginning to see these cunning layers of mind, one of which I thought I was. In actual fact, I am the see-er of layers. The practice is to become more and more trenched in the camp of the self. However, this is going to be a long journey and sometimes without my knowing I’m snatched back into the conniving world of mind. Even if this takes years, I feel a breakthrough.

OK, Sunny. Wow. This helped with my comment from the other day's video. I can watch thoughts all day, but the "narrator" I call it, that's the thoughts that I'm most intimate with, they feel like me and like I control them. This one has been trickier for me to catch. I think within it is the sense of "a thinker" also. Right now I'm just watching it go and it's going crazy, like it's kicking and screaming. As intimate as it's felt to me, I haven't been controlling it, it just seems to speak on it's own accord. Thank you, Sunny.

This video is as I already shared extraordinarily so helpful to me. You share such crucial information I keep pausing it and trying to write it down. I understand if you can’t talk slower I am going to continue focusing on this one listening to it over and over until I move forward to more which I am completely loving immensely. I hope you think that is a good plan. There is so much coming into me from all this that I want to retain as much as possible. I am going to have a man in my life eventually that is mastered in the self inquiry. There is no other way

Sunny you’ve helped me grasp these teachings so much through experiential learning. The only way. I am celebrating my growth. When you riff about these teachings I’m now understanding like 70% of the your insights now as opposed to about 10% when I first started watching you. I had been stuck in my meditation practice on and off for 8 years. Also “you will not find the answers to your questions here. Your questions will resolve entirely. This is the birthplace of wisdom” How the hell do you come up with this stuff brother??

It took me a long time to realize that if I'm able to view my thoughts from a separate vantage point, then I am not my mind. Seems subtle, but the power is IN the subtleties. Also, I just found your channel a few days ago and already had a neat synchronization. Yesterday I made a video about how to transcend the mind, and the first video in my KZbin subscriptions when I logged in this morning was your video on the same theme. :) Very cool. Glad I found your channel! It sounds like we're in the same spot on our spiritual paths at present.

I'm not The Thinker/Mind, I'm The Awareness experiencing a Humanly Mind.The real problem here is that We were never ever taught how to Use Our Humanly Mind Correctly, less alone to Understand that We are AWARENESS Energy flowing through Our Humanly Mind.
@msmeonlineplatform22513 жыл бұрын
Sir, Is awareness a property of the "pure consciousness" or "chaithanyam" ? After watching a video by Craig Holliday, I got a feeling that when we are feeling the space, we are into awareness. When we are looking for objects, we are into mind-state.

If I'm not my thoughts then, the observer? what's the point of living, what's the point of just being. What are your thoughts on the law of attraction.

I used to think the same Martin... Then I found these ancient understandings ... In the beginning Universal consciousness or the true divine Self/God wanted to experience himself, but being the ONE Absolute (All that is), "He" couldn't do anything because he was the only ONE in existence. The only way He could look back on Himself was by creating, expressing and experiencing himself through a myriad of diverse life forms, each with their own independent mind/bodies. Every Life form became his vehicle, a means of experiencing Himself through a multitude of different perspectives as "I AM".. HOWEVER, one golden rule set in place is free will (Ohhh No!)... So over time the "I AM" Identity was persuaded by the created Mind to move away from it's true perspective, and selfishly place this identity onto the same Created mind/body form instead... So kept hidden by the Mind, Self now thinks in limited terms as, "I AM John", "I AM Susan" "I AM this..." This false "I AM" is a corruption. The mind-ego self has been granted far too much control, and you even believe the mind is you!! It just loves to make you think how lowly and worthless you are, it says you have no power, it thrives in negativity, fear, guilt and creates separation from who you truly are. .This is known as the fall from Grace, and why the Mind is referred to as the Serpent mind (Snake as in Genesis). ***Martin, the point of it is to realise who you truly are, to awaken to the fact that you are divine Self, you are the True "I AM" God... The MIND is NOT your friend at the moment, until it realises what it is and what it is not! You have to train that mind back to it's original state!! God wants to experience Himself through through you as YOU truly are and meant to be! He is you, wanting to experience abundance, to dance, to play and enjoy pure bliss and happiness. You were not suppose to live in such a dark, limited and oppressed world. You are Timeless, Formless, of such power! You are innately of super intelligence, unbounded joy, unconditional LOVE! You always existed and saw the forming of the world, you are the Unborn (Because what is born is only a finite, limited, temporary vehicle) The point of living...Your Gift to the World, to lift away the clouds of the mind, and free the power of your True divine Self.

@@RobbeyT1 ok I'm following but you say for the mind to realize what it is? If we are not it what does it need to realize? We will never be rid of mind completely right it's impossible? So hear me out, in order to create our desired realities do we need mind/thoughts in order to do so? That's where I seem to get confused... Is that why we have mind/body so that way we can experience the I Am through our own individuality?I feel like I "get" it But then a thought quickly confused me again about all these concepts instead of just allowing myself to do so.
@CandiceNitschke2 жыл бұрын
@@andrecolombia09 because of free will the mind has developed its own limited identity and has become corrupted, and prevents God from living thru us as originally intended. So putting the mind back in its place by becoming the observer of mind and thoughts as if we are God and seeing the mind and our limited thoughts from Gods perspective, this allows infinite and divine energy to be in the driver's seat and not the corrupted mind that has become ego like and does its own thing, almost turning against us as a separate entity.
@CandiceNitschke2 жыл бұрын
@@andrecolombia09 our mind limits us and prevents us from our desires, we need to rid ourselves of it to allow our higher self or God steer us towards it with the infinite possibilities that there are

Earlier today I had a realization. I thought, "wow, if I am witnessing my thoughts, I am the awareness, and I am beyond the thoughts." Realizing that made me feel happy. I thought at the time that this happiness was inexplicable and was induced by higher awareness and not the mind. I thought that the happiness (ananda) was satchitananda since it was unfathomable and induced by my knowledge (chit) of the truth (sat) . I interpreted it almost as a "mini moksha" if you will. Now I realize that that happiness was not me realizing my awareness, but rather the exciting idea/thoughts were perceived by the thinker of the thoughts and made the thinker happy. At the time I felt that happiness was inexplicable because it was beyond my thoughts. Technically that's true, but now I understand that this happiness was just being experienced by the thinker of the thoughts. When I forgot about the happy experience later as I was doing my schoolwork, the state of the thinker changed, therefore the thinker of the thoughts is itself an object, not the awareness as I had believed it was. So, is my understanding of this video in relation to my earlier experience correct? The concept you speak of in this video is still in the process of sinking in as I am typing this, so that is why I am asking. Also, if being aware of being aware cuts through the mind, how do I not objectify that awareness infinitely? If I am aware that I am aware, am I not then aware that I am aware that I am aware, and then I am aware of the thought that "I am aware that I am aware" and I am aware of the thought that I am aware of the thought that "I am aware"... Etc. Etc. This cycle of seeing goes on forever. How can I get past this if my mind wants to see and thus objectifies every attempt to cut through it?
