China slowly takes over many of the smaller islands in the South China/West Philippines sea and build military installations to essentially verify that the territory is technically theirs. We need to expand the 200 miles law to 1000 miles, or 2000, at least when it comes to fishing rights, The Pacific Ocean is huge, 200 miles makes sense for most seas, that are surrounded by islands and other landmasses, but its nothing on the open ocean like that. Specially when it comes to the new tactics with the tankers and boat factories allowing constant production.
