The deep emotions depicted in these verses of the poet, touch the inner core.. Ye kyaa ki sab se bayaan dil ki haalate.n karni...'Faraz' tujh ko na aa.ii.n mohabbate.n karnee.... Ye qurb kyaa hai ki, tuu saamne hai aur hame.n..Shumaar abhi se judaayi ki saa.ate.n karnii... Parvez Mehdi Ji, giving credence to these soul stirring lyrics of the poet, by the wizardry of his words, carved with precision and profundity ... Ye log kaisay magar dushmani nibaahte hain ..Hame.n to raas na aa.ii.n mohabbate.n karnii... The last lines are very gloomy and melancholic....Kabhi 'Faraz' naye mausamo.n mein ro denaa... Lovely silky voice, a great classical artist. I've had a chance to listen him live in a concert, with ustad Taari Khan on TABLA. It was a great memorable experience.

Another rare and priceless gift from Sumanjis melodious coffer. What a lovely melody! ....this is just what the real ghazal gayaki could be like. Alas! I do not understand Urdu language...so can't savour this very special genre of music to the fullest. And what to say about Parvev Mehdi Sahibs inimitable style of singing! Such a romantic voice!...exuding the innocence of unblemished fist love and nicely depicting the lovers longing hor his sweetheart.l. Love you Sumanji.....never seen a ghazal buff like you! I

Mr Bhattachariya, for your love of music let me explain this ghazal, Opening line: 1." Why? & What's there in Revealing your Heart's Pain to everyone Faraz, you just Never Learnt the Decorum, the Protocols of Love & Loving 2. What Togetherness? Meeting? While You are before me, with me, momentarily And the joy of it is Poisoned by the knowledge of Parting Again shortly A ROUGH Translation of Just the 2 opening verses.
