Wish I had found this 8 months ago. I have started to suspect it must be some nerve issues on top of my injury and later pain for months and months. The doctors ascribed everything to arthritis. I had pain and burning . It is getting better with gentle exercises but I could have resolved those earlier with this. Thank you for your work and help.

This was amazing. I had medial knee pain for 4 weeks. I am an athlete who also sits a lot for my job. I tried stretching, yoga, pilates and strengthening exercises to help with the pain and nothing worked. I tried the Skin Rolling technique a couple of days ago and it worked almost instantaneously. Amazing. I have no more pain. I am sure I have some muscle imbalances I need to work on but so happy to know I don't have arthritis or a meniscal tear. Thank you for this video!

@@Performance-Place-chiropractor im not so sure now.. after i did the pinch roll it seems to alleviate the issue.. but last night after the pinching. I decided to use my massager gun ( bob and brads brand). And went over the same places i did the pinch rolls.. the next day.. today. We visited a museum all day.. i was okay with my knee reminding me it was still an issue.. but the end of the day. 10 am to 4 pm. I realized now how so stiff my knee was.. the worst is ever been.. i think its the fact that i ve been in the standing mode for too long ( which is new to me). Im icing it now and have taken an iboprofen.. i m very scared for my future.. i thought i was finally getting out of this deep funk.. but.. i think i may have more of a serious thing going on. Any suggestions please???

hello- Last night i discovered you.. and got so excited.. today we went to a museum and walked around most part of the day 10-4 and at the end of the day my knee became so stiff.. the stiffest its ever been. This was a big let down for me considering how great i felt yesterday with your method. I m thinking my guess that i have this pesky answering bursitis may not be the correct diagnosis?? No dr told me i had this.. i guessed it based on the location of pain. Mamma Mia! Any thoughts please ?

I'm especially. having pain when sitting behind my desk. Lifting my leg on the desk reliefs the pain :P But that is not so good for the rest of my body. Arms are not positioned properly then and pain in the arms occur. I was amazed how this helped directly. I also saw a video of someone showing how you sit down on a chair. Stretch your leg, move your foot inwards when stretched and still try to keep it on the floor. Then in that position move it towards you. This together with that excersize helps a lot. But I will also start exercising my legs again as I have been neglecting that for years. Would be great though if you could tell me what the best position behind a desk is. Also driving a car hurts. After doing research it does feel like it's just an imbalance so I need to start exercising again. People aren't made to sit behind desks all day if you ask me.

Yes, sitting behind the desk be very hard. You’ve been a lot of people with various different types of conditions that are aggravated with increased sitting time. However, some people feel better when they sit. Can I ask what made you want to watch and comment on this video today?

@@Performance-Place-chiropractor funny question :P But simple answer. Was looking for this problem on youtube and how to fix it. Your video was straight forward and looked like you know what you are talking about. Looking at the comments it felt like you do :) Anyway, I found out yesterday by the way that the problem arises when I sit on my ride on mower. Pushing the speed pedal (not really gas panbel on a ride on mower) for 1 hour in probably not a good position made my knee very painful again after the pain had almost disappeared when doing regular exercises. So at least I know where the main problem lies but I need to strengthen my legs as it's not normal to get knee pain after just an hour drive on the lawn mover. So I am doing regular exercises again now.

I am currently experiencing bad pain on the inside of my left knee, in this knee I tore off my acl and damaged my meniscus in 2009, I had repair surgery in 2010. I tried skin rolling like in your videos, but I can't grab and pull/roll my skin like you do, seems your skin is much more loose than mine. So what can I do?? My pain is getting worse.

Hi doc. I suffered from a traumatic knee injury in 2021. Tore 3 ligaments on one knee and 2 in the other. Had 2 back to back surgeries and it's never been the same since. Cant squat, sit on my ankles or walk for long without swelling. Recently developed a focused pain in my "better knee" and I think it's pes anserine. It been 3 weeks and I just tried your skin rolling and I dunno if it's my mind, but I actually feel some relief! Would love more advice on more long term practices for both knees. Thanks so much

I don’t really have much pain in my knee, but I have some swelling below my knee on the medial side of my ti just below the knee. When I go into any type of deep lunge with my close to my butt, I get a lot of crepitus when I come out of that lunge. Any ideas what could be going on or other videos to watch?
@Performance-Place-chiropractor
@Performance-Place-chiropractor 4 ай бұрын
Hi there. Honestly it would be hard to tell without doing an assessment. Crepitus can be from excessive work over time due to injury to the knee, around the knee, surrounding areas like ankle or hip or even poor build up of sport activity. There are too many variables and I wouldn’t speculate without having more information. Set up a Consultation so we can talk directly

Is it Pes Anserine Bursitis if I felt a clicking sensation going up and down stairs a few weeks/months prior to an episode of extreme excruciating pain? I read about Medial Plica Syndrome which describes the clicking sensation. I’m not sure which one of these conditions it is… but it is excruciating! What is the best course of action to determine what it is, plus treatment plan(s)?
@Performance-Place-chiropractor
@Performance-Place-chiropractor Жыл бұрын
Personally I think Plica Syndrome is extremely rare and overly diagnosed. There are a few other conditions that mimic it such as irritation to the infrapatellar nerve or a meniscal injury. Clicking is not indicating anything. We need a full history and an assessment of knee structures with a physical examination. A skilled clinician can sort it out with these two parts. Images are not often required. Treatment is oftentimes rehabilitative exercises, activity modification and desensitization of the pain generating structure. The exam gives the details of what these parts may entail If you need some help just email us. Link in description

Is it common to have pain in both knees at the same time?
@Performance-Place-chiropractor
@Performance-Place-chiropractor 10 ай бұрын
Yes, it’s pretty common. Most of the time it’s very treatable with stretching and exercises but we would have to do an examination with you to figure out if you would fit into this category.

I have this in both knees as I’ve been training for a half marathon. Do you think this could possibly be tied with the shoes I’m wearing as well? They’re new brooks but maybe it’s just not the right shoe?
@Performance-Place-chiropractor
@Performance-Place-chiropractor 7 ай бұрын
That is possible. However, many people who have new or wrong the shoes sometimes have no problems. Typically an examination can give you a better idea of what the exact route cause is. In simple terms it may be the shoe or it may not be.
