Lamb is my preferred red meat. I enjoy it more than I do beef. For this panino I thinly sliced raw lamb and sautéed it, then flavored it with some of my homemade pesto. Place on a toasted roll with a slice of provolone cheese and enjoy a delicious sandwich.
