材料:
臭豆 50 克
江鱼仔 30克
红葱 1 粒
小辣椒 1 条
红辣椒 1 条
蒜米 1 粒
调味 :
糖 1/2 茶匙
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Petai 50g (cut half, remove core and soak in salt water for 10-15min, drained and set aside)
2. Ikan bilis 30g halves and remove head
3. Red onion 1pc slice thicker
4. Garlic 1 clove minced
5. Chilli padi 1pc diced
6. Red chilli 1pc sliced
Seasoning
1. Sugar 1/2tsp
Method
1. Blanch ikan bilis for 30sec and set aside
2. Fry the ikan bilis under low heat till golden brown. Set aside
3. With little oil in wok, fry the petai till fragrant. Set aside
4. Stir fry half portion of red onion, then garlic and chilli padi. Add petai and ikan bilis. Then add red chilli. Add sugar and balance red onion and stir fry
5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
