I was so excited we drafted this kid. I had him mocked to the Mets and low and behold they picked him. 5 tool potential... Plus defender and arm.. Good speed and hit tool Average to a tick below power. At 6'1 180...has the frame to add strength without comprising his speed and defense. MLB comparisons... Great pick We stayed true to our board it seems and didnt reach. He was a consensus Top 20 talent. We have mainly drafted pitching with a lot of our top picks and unfortunately traded some young arms and one of our best positional players in Kelenic, our #1 pick 2 years ago. He effectively replaces Kelenic as our CF of the future and while he might not have the power profile Kelenic does he is a superior defender. Just don’t freaking trade him for a veteran Brodie!
