Yes, love my SLO 30! I had to change out the blue jewel light to an orange one. The tones of this amp are perfect for classic rock and blues rock!!

IDEA FOR UNBOXING CABS: Open the bottom of the box first. Remove all packaging that you can, exposing the feet/casters. Keeping the bottom open, carefully rotate the box to its upright position and slide the box up and off of the cab. No heavy lifting, and all is good~!

The reason Clapton and Moore and all these blues guys loved the SLO is cus the circuit is based on early Fender Tweed amps but then Mike added Mesa "Mark" style levels of gain. Its not the tightest of high gain amps but for a blues guy looking for all the gain and that old school sag and compression it is perfect

You could do some early nineties EVH stuff or 80s Clapton with that Soldano. Put an Eventide detune on that and get the Van Hagar tone.
