Sean is prolly the best host for any interview show I've seen. He has the innate ability to let his guest be themselves and talk. Considering most of the time you watch these things wanting to see the guest. Sean doesn't make them into anything else and doesnt insert himself too much. As well. He is also does amazing research and ask intuitive questions. So awesome.
