YES he is Michael. I am 78 years old, and followed him for many years. There are a lot of people that he should have been inducted in the HOF before them, but politics is keeping him out of there. Many of them have also done things wrong, but are still in there. One thing you will never be able to take from him, he NEVER left a game with a clean uniform like some of these multi millionaire's of today.

If you are counting Ichiro’s Japanese hits, you must also count Rose’s minor league hits.

Pete has an amazing memory. When I met him in 2013,I asked him about a game in 1963 that I had attended,he reminded me of things about that game that I had forgotten.

I'm a Rose fan and in a way, I think the fact that Baseball has tried to "cancel" him, has kept him more relevant and increased his legend.

Pete Rose is a bigger and more important piece of history than any hall of fame because he is the center piece of what sports used to be and not the Anti-American political statement it is today. Lots of people are not watching Professional sports because that's what it is.

Pete is all heart. People could learn a thing or two from him. When he was coming into the minors and majors, he was told not to be friends with the “black players”. Pete told them to “f-off” and other players soon followed his lead because Pete has ALWAYS been a leader. “What color am I? American”. Pure class, Pete. We love you. You are in the hall of fame of our hearts.

@@jessesandoval7626 When the MLB is accustomed to a certain standard of business, say in the 1 billion range, and they loose half, they may still have what we consider money, but in fact can’t operate the same as before and will have to cut corners, fire people, do without, ect...ect... just to keep things afloat. The loss of revenue could potentially take a profitable company, and make it un-profitable. Same amount of money goes out, but a lot less comes in. Is that sustainable? Nope.
