The “so far” in the title gave me a glimpse of hope that they will be back together. I mean not only is she acknowledged as Peter’s main love interest in NWH as how the spideys described their MJ. But I also think it wouldn’t make sense if Peter will be involved in new love interest if he let go one because he is scared to put her in danger. Like his sacrifice wouldn’t make sense and lose it’s main value. Moreover, at the end part of the movie it seems like MJ still has the necklace and recognizes that there are moments in her past that she can’t remember. Lastly, I just don’t want them to end up like Gwen and Peter😂 I had too much with that I don’t need another one.

Peter and MJ are going to get back together. There are too many clues that point to them getting back together. Mj still has the necklace (the black dahlia) that Peter gave her. She stated to him that if he doesn't come find her and tell her, she will figure it out like she did before. The look he gave her and the look of something is familiar about him she gave him. MJ is inquisitive and will start snooping and piecing things together. The matching eye scars. They live in the same neighborhood. They are destined to be together. P.S.--remember how Tobey's Peter Parker tried to end it with his MJ to protect her and that didn't work. They got back together anyway. Peter Parker can try to break up with MJ but fate always brings them back together.

I love this version of the couple as much as other people do, but I want to point out that there is a gap in this Peter and MJ story. 🧐 In “Homecoming,” Peter looked like he didn’t have romantic interest in MJ. He was simply intimated and weirded out by her moody and critical yet lonely personality. It seemed like MJ was the only one who had romantic interest in him. 😏 In “Far from Home,” Peter suddenly had romantic interest in MJ. What happened in between these two movies that made Peter interested in her? And it better not be if Ned told him that MJ has feelings for him. Because that would not have been a good reason. That would have been him just trying to be nice. 🤨 Or maybe I’m wrong. Maybe Pete’s interaction with MJ in Homecoming is a shy nerd’s way of showing he likes a girl with that kind of personality. 🤓😎
