I think Agatha channeled Peter's memories into Ralph. Unlike the Scarlet Witch, she didn't have the power to bodily draw him into another plane of reality, or create a body for him from scratch, so she piped him into a similar-looking person in the Earth-616 universe. That's why he has no idea who Ralph is at all. She then manipulated him to say things to destabilize and provoke Wanda, hoping to get her to reveal how she had drawn on the power to alter the whole town. That's also why his memories don't match up with hers in terms of their childhood in Sokovia. X-Men Earth Peter Maximoff grew up in the United States, unlike Earth-616 Pietro who grew up in Sokovia, so Agatha had to take over and try to field those questions, and she wasn't an expert on Sokovia. The Phase 5 movies with Kang the Conqueror will probably result in folding these realities together to some degree, and I think there's a good chance that Peter Maximoff may become Quicksilver in that merged reality, especially since the person who played Pietro Maximoff doesn't seem as interested in reprising the role.

Wanda and magneto have both lost their families and everything else. I feel like they both took a similar path. Magento, doing bad things for good reasons and Wanda, doing bad things for her family. And that's just one thing they have in common

This is amazing my gosh 🛐 Such a great edit. I really like that tho they made him a joke, we, the fandom, choose to believe he is actually Peter Maximoff. I understand that the multiverse opened in Loki so they couldn't say that was Peter, but at least they could have streamead Loki first so we could enjoy him as Peter in WandaVision.
