Computer simulation using statistical modelling, machine learning and python shows Peter obi will come first ahead of atiku with mere 500k votes and tinubu a distance 3rd. The major factor in the simulation of the likehood of obi emerging first was that tinubu and atiku were of same category(type of politician). Salary Laws must be made. No payment of salary at end of every month and delay of salary payment must be made a criminal offense. There should be a fixed date for monthly salary payment, once it pass the date with one minute it becomes a violation of salary law and is a criminal offense and must be punishable.
