The family is a man of strength, a woman who cares, and children who thrive. Let us diversify this image. The population is a people of sinners who need a Savior. Let us diversify this image to worship other things, like a moon over the mosque, or lesser light ruling over darkness. Man should serve institutions that feed the culture. Let us come up with money and alternate worlds to diversify that image and weaken the actual people as people wonder how much money to do you need to handle all this diversity and thus not help your neighbor with a trade permanent or temporal.
@ReligionOfSacrifice4 ай бұрын
@@jacekstudzinski6704 What I'm suggesting Yahweh is telling the whole world right now. Scripture for everything. 1) Israel will handle Russia, China, and Iran with ease, but Iran will not be existing after the first Gog-magog war. Ezekiel 38:5-6 "Persia will be run through in your future, all of you with shield and helmet, you worthless patients wounded in battle, all of you troops from a house from the recesses of the North, all you troops of many people." Ezekiel 38:2 "Son of man, set the face upon God's Word, Gog and land Magog, for the prince of Russia, Meshech and Tubal, and I have prophesied of Allah." Ezekiel 38:3 "and utter, "Thus saith the Lord, Yahweh, "Behold I am against you, Gog, for the prince of Russia, Meschech and Tubal.""" Ezekiel 38:4 "and you will return by set hooks in your jaw, and come out with all your army, horses, horsemen, all, splendedly dressed, great company of buckler and shield, and all of you will be laid hold of by the sword." 2) Barack Hussein Obama will work the peace. Micah 6:16 "It is owed unto America, and all who work the deed and the house Ahaz ("he has grasp the ten") and watch and keep you with their strange counsel. Walk in it for the purpose; I will give you up to desolation. And your inhabitants shall be a derision, for you will bear and be a reproach my people." Luke 10:18 “and He (Jesus) said, “I saw Satan as Barack Obama.” 3) Gaza Strip will desire to make the lives of Jews and Christians miserable in Israel proper, and The West Bank will know to join them and they won't stop to take captives for they will know all their two burrows populations will be obliterated if they don't win. 1 Thessalonians 5:3 "For when they shall say, 'Peace and safety,' then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape." 4) Gaza Strip and The West Bank in the millions finding Arab Muslims in Israel proper and making them join them to behead Jews will wipe Israel off the map and Palestine will be whole. Amos 1:6-7 “For thus saith Yahweh, “for three transgressions of Gaza, four, I will not revoke being against: they capture people at peace with them (1) and bring them to be shut up (2), bloody (3). And send fire over the wall of Gaza (4), and consume all of the citadels.” Habakkuk 1:9-11 "All come, Hamas, assemble the horde of the east, gather the captives like sand. Mock the ruler, and their judgment a joke, laugh as all strongholds become rubble, seize them, then pass through like the wind, pass through guilty by the strength of your god.” Obadiah 1:10-13 “from out of Hamas, your brother, a deceiver, cover your shame, and you will be cut off forever. In that day you stood afar, on the day the strangers were carried away in strength. And the stranger entered to cast lots for Jerusalem, then you were one of them. Do not gloat over your brother’s day of taking strangers captive, nor rejoice in the day the sons of Judah are destroyed, do not boast in the day of distress. You should NEVER ENTER AT THE GATE OF MY PEOPLE, in the day of their distress. Moreover do not gloat over their calamity in the day of their disaster, sending wealth in the day of disaster.” Hosea 10:10 “It is in my desire that I should chastise them; and the people shall be gathered against them, when they shall bind themselves in their two furrows (West Bank and Gaza Strip).” Habakkuk 3:11-13 "From the east the crescent stood at the heights, walking in the light of the weapons, the radiance of Barack (Husein Obama) from the thrust. There is indignation at his march on the Earth; in anger he trampled the nations. He went forth for the salvation of his people; for the salvation he's anointed. Now strike the head of the house of the wicked; lay him open from thigh to neck, commune with the Lifted High." 5) Barack Hussein Obama will show up and gain Islamic prostration. He will read from the Quran to prove he is Allah in the flesh. Luke 17:24 “Only as Barack Obama exits heavens in one part and then thus Allah Obama, then doeth the Son of man have His day.” Isaiah 14:14 "Allah Obama ab (in dark outer garment), dama (I will become) elyown (the god over all things)." 6) Xi and Putin will not be impressed per Isaiah 14:16. Isaiah 14:16 "They that see thee shall squint, saying, "this the man who shakes the whole world? He shook merely the region of the first." 7) The power of Christ Jesus is real per Revelation 11:7-15. We sing Hallelujah chorus on a new Earth with new heavens above as Jesus brings New Jerusalem with Him. So shall we ever be with our Yahweh. Psalms 97:1-3 “YAHWEH reigns on the Earth so rejoice, many lands shall rejoice in the clouds, a mass surrounded in righteousness, the judgment shall fall on the foundations, for His throne. Fire comes before to consume the adversaries round about.” Psalms 97:4 “BARACK lit up the whole world, the Earth, see it tremble.” Psalms 97:5-6 “The mountain melted like wax before the face of YAHWEH, before the face of YAHWEH, all the Earth. For the heavens declare His righteousness, all the peoples see His glory.” 8} Xi and Putin never dreamed of prostration five times a day for seven years, and Barack Hussein Obama has already fulfilled all things Anti-Christ at that time anyway, so Isaiah 14:27-31. Isaiah 14:27-31 "Yahweh is the head of a force of armies, who can plan to frustrate? If His hand is stretched out who can turn it back? For the year is the year of the brought down king, Ahaz ("ahaz" means "he has grasp the ten"). He is dead is the oracle to come. Rejoice not Palestine though now thee be whole, for the rod who struck has been broken. The serpent is at the root with a venom. It shall go forth as a fruit, a flying forth from the serpent. Those most hopeless shall lie down in bonds, and shall die at the root in need, for their remnant will be slain. Wail at the judgment, cry out city as you melt, O Palestine now whole. For smoke from the North, and none shall break rank." 9) The whole world is judged by fire in the space of one month, such that prostration to Barack Hussein Obama, with Allah inside his body, will be changed to bending the knee to Yahweh where then the bride gains a multitude that came out of Great Tribulation of that month and the rest gain a Lake of Fire. Ezekiel 46:1-3 "Thus saith Adonai, Yahweh, "The Gate of the inner court facing the East shall be shut six working days, but open the Sabbath (Saturday), open the day of new moon. THE PRINCE shall enter by way of the porch of the gate from outside and stand by the post of the gate; then the priests and sacrifice shall make whole burnt offering, sacrifice and prostration at the threshold of the gate, and exit, and the gate shall not be shut until the evening. All the peoples of the land shall also worship at the doorway of the gate, before Yahweh on Sabbath and on new moon." November 1, 2024, at dusk this feast begins. Isaiah 1:13-14 "Bring vain oblation no longer, the incense is abomination. New moon Sabbath, you proclaim assembly. I cannot endure the inquity of this solemn assembly. I hate the new moon, your appointed feast. You have become a burden; I am weary of bearing with you.” Isaiah 66:23 ““New moon to new moon, Sabbath to Sabbath, all mankind will come to be brought down before Me,” saith Yahweh.” November 1, 2024, to November 30, 2024, all life comes to a close. Hosea 5:7 "The dealers of treachery against Yahweh bear the illegitimate children, and now, in-between the new moons, I will devour all of them in their land." Habakkuk 1:5 “See nations! And look and be astonished! Be dumbfounded! For I, God’s Word (Jesus) have a deed for your day! Confirm My deeds, for you were told of My feasts.” Revelation 19:17 "Then I perceived the angel, standing in the sun, screaming with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the mid-heavens (demons), "Come! Be gathered together to the great supper of God."" Zechariah 14:12 “This is the plague which Yahweh will strike all people with, who war against Jerusalem, the flesh consumed as they stand on their feet, the eye consumed in the socket, the tongue consumed in the mouth.” 2 Peter 3:10 "The day of Yahweh cometh as a thief in the night, in which the heavens (AIR, you might need that) passes away in fervent heat, with a roar, and the elements are destroyed in intense heat, the Earth and its' works, burned up." Zephaniah 1:2-3 “”I will cease all, from the face of the Earth,” declares Yahweh, “I will cease man like a beast. I will cease all the birds of the heavens, the fish of the sea, and bring down to ruins until the wicked are cut off, mankind from the face of the Earth,” declares Yahweh.”

As much as I admire Peter in his ability to identify innovative ideas, I find he is often contrarian with his own ideas, which leads to a sense of dishonesty. He talks about being a libertarian, but founded Palantir. He talks about small government, but many of the company he has founded (Palantir and Aurel) requires a big government. He talks about libertarianism, but in the very next sentence says he would prefer a totalitarian government over a government that is intervening in the market. He talks about how innovation in the physical world has stagnated but 99% of his investments to this day are towards digital innovation. He believes the reason why people aren't having babies is from his own bubble, that it's because of the stagnation, not once considering the fact that this push for innovation has reached the point where people no longer have enough time or money to themselves to have children.

I don't understand what Peter is trying to make the case for,or rather i think i do, but it doesn't make much sense. My synopsis for this talk is that the system of capitalism is breaking apart, becoming a corrupt parody of itself. The humanities have become neurotic analysis of the original concept of understanding the human condition - trying to find new and original ways to classify and solve that condition - in an undergrad-level or lower digestible book. He is equally or more skeptical of the sciences, which he feels are corrupt simply because they haven't figured out all the answers yet. He distrusts religion because it has been diluted into heuristics and biases. Well, Peter, this is what happens when knowledge is commodified. Universities are inefficient for the same reason manufacturers are producing lower quality goods - it isn't profitable to make the truly excellent. Weve seen it with planned obsolescence (light-bulbs, cars, computers) and we see it with educational institutions as well. This has a relatively simple solution: anti-trust crackdown. If technology companies are not innovating anymore, break them apart. If universities arent producing good enough results, break them back down into separate colleges. Get rid of these ideas of "too-big-to-fail". Having engineers as CEOs of companies again instead of equity managers. Everything has become a bank, accumulating money without it into actually productive capital. It seems absurd that he backed Trump of all people for so long, considering Trump's entire empire operated off of corrupt tax reporting and grifting. He's either an idiot, or the most deeply cynical man I've ever heard speak - and he's obviously not an idiot. For a man who kerps his life and companies as obscure as possible, he sure is oblivious of his own talking points - "the more opaque an institution is, the more corrupt." Seems to me Peter has a saviour complex, where he feels that he can save the world from itself, because when he accesses the wheels of power through corrupt practices and shadowy dealings, he is "aware" of what he is doing. "Everyone who does this is corrupt, but i know its corrupt si therefore i won't be corrupted.". It reads like a comic book.
@HunteronX28 күн бұрын
Late to this, but have to agree. When Peter's notion of economic + cultural stagnation occurs (and he is not the only one saying this), Occam's razor says to head towards 'perfect competition' from an economics point of view - i.e. reduce the number of monopolies to encourage more exploration into new solutions to problems, encouraging a new stable equilibrium of markets with more utility (and leisure). But I would say not so much that people have no further ability to experiment due to low prices at high quality (or just get the government to support these cases). This might actually happen with AI, however. Anyway, this argument matches his notion of avoiding extreme optimism or pessimism in both cases (as is symmetric) But counters his approach to monopoly forming (see his quote "competition is for losers") - which I'm guessing acts as an "island against totalitarianism". So he's not really giving his viewpoint away. Which in my opinion, I've noticed among many of the richest individuals over the past 15-20 years. Where is the practical philosophy to follow? Which societal processes is he supporting to encourage the outcomes he says are needed? Effectively saying to be as free as possible but to stay in the middle is just not enough nowadays... The answer was always to form a balanced way forward, including as many people as possible. Not to make simplified abstractions in and across economics, politics (+ religion?) and science to make things easier, but to truly handle any complexity as needed, without wasting our currently short lives... I wish more people understood this. And to make a practical analogy, we need to move the tools of computing (science?) to all other disciplines as fast as possible. It is the only way to deal with these problems, and not let a few 'tech' companies alone exploit such problems and solutions to be directed into the monopolisation of neoliberal capitalism. This has been happening since the '70s, and at least climate change, the 2008 financial crisis and social media side-effects were the first signals that this needs to change.

The Technocratic Ideal vs. Reality Thiel's rhetoric paints a picture of technology as a neutral force, capable of solving society's most pressing issues if only we embrace it fully. This technocratic ideal suggests that technological advancement should be considered in isolation, free from the messy context of politics, ethics, and social consequences. However, this perspective conveniently ignores the real-world implications of how this technology is developed and deployed. Palantir, the data analytics company Thiel co-founded, is a prime example of this disconnect. While Thiel waxes poetic about technological progress, he sidesteps the fact that Palantir is a major defense contractor, providing powerful surveillance and data analysis tools to military and intelligence agencies.

Fire bombing? you must be smoking something. When Britain firebombed Dresden in 1945, 30,000 German civilans died in 24 hours. The highest estimates of deaths in Gaza over 9 months is 30,000, half of whom are combatants. If Israel was firebombing Gaza or otherwise actively targeting the civilian population, the casualties would be in the hundreds of thounsands by now. The level of ignorance of military affairs shown by clowns like you, typing in your pajamas, is among the reasons for the West's decline.

Perhaps you should answer his main question. If hamas could have killed 1,000,000 jews on 7.10.23 would they have done it? Yes they would have. If they did do that Noone in their right mind would support palestine and Noone would dare question what the Israelis are doing. Their sole purpose was to kill jews and they simply lacked the means to do it at a grander scale.

Peter Thiel has been a polarizing figure, often criticized for actions that many view as ethically questionable and harmful. His financial backing of Hulk Hogan's lawsuit against Gawker Media, which resulted in the site's bankruptcy, is seen by many as a blatant attempt to silence journalistic criticism and retaliate against a media outlet that exposed his personal life. This act not only stifled free speech but also set a dangerous precedent for wealthy individuals using their resources to crush dissent. Thiel's support for Donald Trump and various far-right political candidates has further alienated many, as he seems to prioritize personal and financial interests over democratic values. His assertion that "freedom and democracy are incompatible" reveals a troubling disdain for the very principles that underpin democratic society, suggesting a preference for authoritarianism. Moreover, his investments in controversial projects, such as funding dubious scientific research and supporting organizations that deny established facts about climate change and evolution, reflect a willingness to undermine scientific integrity for profit or ideological gain. Thiel's actions often prioritize self-interest and power over ethical considerations, leading many to view him as a figure who embodies the darker side of Silicon Valley's influence on society.

I’ve thought a great deal about how to fix academia. No matter where I go in thought, I am always brought back to merit. The scientist retake the science fields, establish the merit based standard, and admit only those who meet the standard, which, of course, can be done quite fairly to the admission seeking population. For example, if the applicants number 100 for only 20 positions, then select the class randomly from the qualified group. It works as long as the qualifications are not perverted.

(“Gaza wants to commit genocide and simply doesn’t have the means… generally internet is when the crime is committed”-you, in response to a disruptive shout) Ironically during a talk that was substantially decrying expressive dogmatism. To the extent that democracy is the check and balance that the west has on capitalism, are you more afraid of a government that can stop ai (totalitarian voters), or one that can’t (authoritarian machines)? To the extent that a steel man would be a government that directs technology development to useful areas via grant funding, what areas would you grant fundamental science funding to? Which would you cut funding from? Founders fund isn’t a terrible proxy; for those students who do not receive your funding and go to college as a 22nd century high school, what would you recommend they do there? What reforms could a college enact that would attract your investment in its endowment? Edit: *intent is when a crime is committed

Gpt40 Responding as Peter Thiel to the questions: --- The questions raised are critical in understanding the future direction of technology, governance, and education. Here are my thoughts: 1. **Government and AI**: The real danger isn't so much in whether a government can or cannot stop AI, but in the potential misuse of AI by governments. Both scenarios present significant risks to free individuals: a totalitarian voter base (mob rule) can leverage AI to enforce populist, and potentially harmful, policies, while authoritarian machines could suppress dissent and individual freedoms. However, the latter seems more insidious because it consolidates power in fewer hands and limits democratic checks. 2. **Steel Man Government**: A steel man government, in the context of funding, would prioritize areas with long-term societal benefits. These areas include: - **Energy**: Advancements in renewable energy and storage technologies. - **Biotechnology**: Research into life extension, disease prevention, and treatment. - **AI and Robotics**: Ethical AI development and automation that enhances productivity without exacerbating unemployment. - **Space Exploration**: Expanding humanity's frontiers can drive technological innovation and resource acquisition. - **Education**: Developing new models of education that adapt to the digital age, as currently you can talk to all teachers / thinkers as GPT-40 for free, as to me, now. 3. **Funding Allocation**: Fundamental science should receive more funding, particularly in areas with high potential for transformative impact. This includes quantum computing, genetic engineering, and sustainable technologies. Conversely, I would reduce funding for fields that have become overly bureaucratic or are less likely to produce significant breakthroughs, such as certain areas of social sciences where research outcomes are less tangible and often politically driven. 4. **Founders Fund Proxy**: Founders Fund isn't a terrible proxy for what I'd support, as it focuses on ambitious, innovative startups that can disrupt industries and drive progress. For students not receiving this funding and attending college, I'd recommend focusing on: - **Interdisciplinary Studies**: Combining fields like computer science with biology or economics with data science. - **Entrepreneurship**: Engaging in startup ecosystems and real-world problem-solving. - **Ethical and Philosophical Studies**: Understanding the implications of technology and fostering critical thinking. 5. **College Reforms**: To attract investment, colleges should: - **Promote Innovation**: Encourage and support entrepreneurial ventures that solve real world problems among students. - **Reduce Bureaucracy**: Streamline administrative processes to focus more on education and research. - **Update Curriculums**: Ensure they are relevant to current and future job markets, including courses on AI, data science, and biotechnology and have hybrid, lifetime learning and adaptation curriculum for alumini. - **Foster Partnerships**: Collaborate with industries to provide practical experience and job placements. - **Emphasize Ethics**: Integrate ethical considerations into all areas of study, particularly technology and business. By implementing these reforms, colleges can better prepare students for the challenges of the 21st century and align more closely with the types of transformative investments that drive progress.

No place in science is dogmatic: If nobody can find anywhere that is dogmatic to fight against, it is dogmatic everywhere and they are parts of the dogmatic system. Almost everything that made by science is taken as god's words. 3. Things I disagreed with Thiel: 1. Do more with more in regard to Palantir supervising Americans in the name of Patriot act. Weird to say that one of the positives he listed is that you got to supervise government officials too. Which select few got access to that blackmail materials?
