Die hier vorgestellten Verteidigungstechniken sind sehr effektiv. In so naher Distanz, wo der Aggressor schon jemanden anpackt, kann man mit Würfen aus dem Judobereich den Gegner zu Boden bringen, wo man eventuell nachtreten, oder eine entsprechende Bodentechnik anwenden kann.
