Three-Train Meets in the New River Gorge, plus the Loup Creek Branch!

It's been at least a year or two since my last trip to the New River Gorge, so last week I headed down, timing my visit so I'd at least see Amtrak's Cardinal if nothing else was running. I didn't need to worry.
Upon arriving, RJ Corman was sitting at the start to their branch to Pax, and a CSX manifest was waiting in the hole for Amtrak. It only got better from there!

Wow, this was an epic jam in Thurmond! The last thing I saw there was an EB oil train meeting the WB Cardinal, back when that was a thing.
