What do you do to make your tires look so realistic?

Hey Hunter, I like the engine and the detail that you've done to it. I should be displaying my Cat engine which I went with Caterpillar yellow, instead of the beige shown on the box. You also gave me an idea of combining kits into one which I will be ordering another 1/16 scale KW Aerodyne. But anyway, exellent work with the truck as usual. I'm slowly getting back into the swing of it; Thanks for your insight.... Oh, and stretching sprue is a good idea for wiring and plumbing; never though of that........ Take care Mr. Hunter.

The Cummings looks killer, Hunter. Like what you're doing with the tires too.

Just freakin awesome Hunter! I know nothing about a semi and you make it all very interesting. Thanks! Great work as usual... And, I do have that kit on the shelf. I'd love to have some resin cast tires/wheels...let me know what to do. Thank you!

The Tires loo good, I have several of those kits and that has been a deterrent from building them. LMK I'd love to have a few sets.

is there anything you can't do, the parts look amazing

Except for the twin turbos it looks like the white Cummins that was in an old w9 I used to drive. Careful with that trailer weight, you don't want to overload that single axle. Might have to build a dot pulling it over

the truck is looking great I like the trailer like you have now and the motor looks awesome great job on the tires

Oh! Please do me a set of tires. Are the tires for the Cooks Stone and Woods tires the same? If so then I would need two sets. Thanks in advance.

+showtime studios no problem. just out of curiosity you havent done anymore videos on the Tyrone Malone race truck have you?
@markboutilier8117 жыл бұрын
HI there like the video would like to see an update and how you shortened the frame and made it a single axle truck
@showtimestudioshunterselby7 жыл бұрын
this project has been put away for now. to shorten the frame....cut the frame off right behind the forward axle airbag mount and reshape it, mount the forward axle suspension but use the rear diff that doesnt have the output shaft.

well I'm using my wife's acct but that looks awesome the only problem is Hunter Cummins never made a twin turbo set up cat did and I also heard on other videos I watched that you like comments on things well I'm a truck driver and I have a great idea for a build for you and also something custom First I haul logs out of the woods with a western star with a self loader there's a cool build for you Second when you make a semi truck and trailer build try putting the glad hands and light cord from the back of the truck in the middle just before the dolly legs to give a nice clean look on the car walk other than that love your work they look awesome u want to jump right in them and take them for a ride Showtime for sure
@showtimestudioshunterselby7 жыл бұрын
thanks, i add the gladhands up on the deck because it shows better in competition. they did in fact build a twin turbo engine. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hXXIe3-VgtSCn68

showtime studios oh really sorry guess I should do research before u say stuff lol but the self loader I run is a rotobec elite on a 53 foot manac log trailer with 5 bunks just a idea for a build for you where you like the used texture on your builds what better than a old woods truck and the glad hands I understand why you do it that way cause it's all about details and I tell you the detail you put into your models are insane words can't describe it 👍
@showtimestudioshunterselby7 жыл бұрын
no need to apologize......it's all good. i think the twins were quite rare so not a lot of info on them. thanks for the kind words and for checking out my videos.
