And I loved how he awoke the genie of the ring by wringing his hands in despair, then awoke the genie of the lamp by trying to polish it to sell. Feels like something someone would actually do, rather than sitting around in total darkness with no escape and trying to figure out what's written on a lamp.

@@commanderjnm2008 I know. That's the thing, though, they're not doing "Friend like me" in their style, they were doing "Another Brick in the Wall" with the "Friend like me" lyrics. I'd love them to do a full cover of "Friend like me" in Pink Floyd style, or any of the ones they claim to be doing in the video, and they're more than capable of doing it, but they went the easy way and just copied the songs, instead of adapting "Friend like me" and its melody to those styles.

@@XiscoLozdob though I believe the point of this video was not create a new melody from scratch, but to impersonate the style in general. The point was to make the lyrics sound like they belong to that particular band.

Exactly! That's what I said. He just put together many songs and kind of changed the lyrics. It's not the actual Aladdin melody applied to each genre.
