This is a beautiful Armani Casa condo with a nice view of the green and blue sea. I like the fountain of the building. I like the living room that has a nice view of the sea. I like the triangle island with the extended glass kitchen. I like the dining room. I like the master bedroom that has the bed facing the sea. I like the clock on the dresser inside the bedroom. I like the master closet and the master bedroom. The L shape balcony is awesome.

I never liked the Armani Casa floor plan because of the island in the kitchen seemed uninviting for entertaining . This one changed my mind ! The great room seating is exactly how I would furnish it ! Getting southwest , northwest and sunrise views along with the now entertaining friendly kitchen has definitely made me reconsider living at the Armani Casa ! if only I could duplicate this unit because I just know it will be scooped up soon ! Thanks for sharing !

Peter what are the yearly HOA fees and taxes like?

I wonder that also . The City/State laws now require a full monetary reserve for building structure repairs . My understanding is that some properties had only 1/3 of the needed reserve which would triple the fees . So not knowing what the fees will be could be a deal breaker !
