I love mine, it does turn the fans on a lot more then you said but I have mine on every day I use it like a house power, lights laptop iPad other devices I’m pushing it& it still going like a champ

It shouldnt get too hot. From what i have learned thus far for the Pure Sine Wave type inverters such as this one… they run alot Cooler compared to the modified sine wave inverters

I bought a cummins 4000w for 500 bucks but it says modifiedwave . I wanna run my microwave tv and hair dryer of my wife i might not run microwave together with her hair dryer but did i do bad that it says modified wave?

I just got mine today. Are the fans on yours on all the time? Kinda of a deal breaker since its constantly using power even when the switch is off or just using 25w. Even if i got it for 80 bucks

Dude same I've double checked all the connections but ANY changes in load set the thing off. Which is a problem cuz I use it for a fridge

Useually means it is being overloaded... On the frig when the compressor clicks on,it needs a surge of hight voltage in oeder to do so... Using it for your frig is Not a good idea... Also you may can try switching the cables for bigger & thicker cables that may work better for something big as a Frig... May or may not work but woth trying 👍😎

I have a 50/50 chance mine will start up 😢 Update I got my inverter working 100% of the time. Had to move Neutral to a different position in the Van.

How does this connect to the car DC power. Through a cigarette lighter plug? I don't see how this connects to the car. Is it directly through the battery??

It's a 1500 watt inverter....the 12 volt outlet is goof for 120 watts max so yes it hooks directly to the battery.

You gave to buy them....it has to be hooked up directly to the battery....12v socket is not going to have enough power to work this.

@mariossssss1 it's need a constant power source, such as a solar kit or a vehicle alternator the battery alone just won't work as well.
