Nice one Peter! This version is looking really good. I have one small suggestion, you can rotate the silencer on the Moster at 120 degree intervals so that the exhaust port faces backwards. I don't think it will affect performance with the way you have it but it may look a little better aesthetically and will blow the exhaust with the airflow. Really curious to see how the motor works in that orientation over time!

2 stroke engines can run in any direction, usually you just flip the ignition coils

I would strongly recommend using ailerons. Rudder only can lead to the spin-prone condition called skidding. While gentle turns can probably be achieved with rudder alone, aggressive rudder application to compensate for turbulence or wind could get you into a spin/snap roll quickly.
