this thing should not directly stick to the skin, it can sometime burns, there people have test this to boil a egg by sticking this to a raw egg, and after one hour the egg has been cooked for around 60% cooked. So if you want use it make sure to wear something under the jacket. a thin shirt will be enough.

I use those for my daughters for those cold early mornings. Not that specific brand but I'm so glad i looked it up. But I stick them in the inside part of the jacket it works great.. Great video thanks for sharing.. very informative

Pro Tip- Don’t waste your money on those. Buy a 40lb bag of calcium chloride (Ice Melt) for $10. Put it in ZipLocs. Add a squirt of water to activate the heat.

Just an exothermic reaction of iron powder and oxygen goes through the rusting process. nothing so special 4Fe(s) + 3O2(g) -> 2Fe2O3(s) p.s: sitting on top o' your hands to get your hands warm up does the same magic unless it's that cold. 🍒
