Dan believes that Petra was the birthplace of Muhammad and Islam. Despite claims that the famed city was in ruins during Muhammad’s time, geographical and historical evidence say otherwise. Petra was a thriving booming metropolis during the birth of Islam, a beacon of wealth, trade, and culture - everything Mecca has always claimed to be. Al Fadi and Dan also refute the claim of Petra never being mentioned in the Qur'an. While it is never mentioned by the name we call it today, there are several mentions of it by other names and references. Petra is alive and well in the Qur'an because Petra is the real Mecca.

Yes, Petra would be considered a “blessed city” in that it had water, well-developed systems of water channels to be able to capture any rain which fell. They had all the sorts of vegetation in and around Petra, like olive trees, loam, near to the supposed pillar of salt said to be Lot’s wife as Muhammad daily walked passed this. No way he walked passed this down in what is today Saudi Arabia! Brilliant show today, my congratulations to Al Fadi and Dan Gibson.

@@agengsatya96 According to Tafsir Al Jalalayn this should apply to Mecca, and to Hagar and Ishmael. So where is Abraham - who is supposedly being quoted here - himself? And why are the locations not mentioned? If the location was a valley near Petra or Jerusalem it would fit just as well. And if Abraham left Ishmael in (or near) Mecca to "establish prayer", then why did he not stay there himself, since it was the holy place of his god? This all makes no sense. @@SzTz100 Good for you in leaving the cult. You must feel like a former member of Scientology. Anyways, this is a faith you were born into without much say and when you had a say, you realize "What the F is this? I'm out" and so you are out as you have said. Islam has been bastardized so much due to politics that it isn't what it originally was and it has no reason to be in Jerusalem at all, which is critical. We have millions of people suffering, right now in Gaza, due to this blunder. And they really shouldn't be suffering. Even though, I believe people should be free to believe whatever they want, we don't have that luxury outside of the Western World. And even though Israel is a Western country, it is surrounding by non-Western lands. So it makes sense at least given the area that there has been some regard for conformity at least when it concerns outsiders, which are the Palestinians. So even though I really don't think they should be forced into Judaism. I do believe they should have a right to leave Islam like yourself and I do believe given the environment that in order to live in Israel, it would be preferrable for them to convert to Judaism just as a means to guarantee the peace. It would be better for them to be Agnostic or Atheistic or Christian or whatever, but given the sensitivity of the area the greater advantage of being Jewish holds in regards to israel to itself, I believe this condition should be endorsed upon the Palestinians just so they can live better lives. Not so they can abandon Christianity for those that want to be Christian, but certainly for those that are Muslim. I believe that the Christians will just move like the Lebanese to America or some place like that making it not really an issue for Israel if they are just going to move to New York within a year anyways.

Slightly off-topic, since Dan mentioned about York in England, interestingly, not far from there, if you travel up towards Durham and then Sunderland you will come across a tiny village called Philadelphia and if you keep traveling up north, not far from there is another little town called Washington. Its quite amusing reading road signs to these places since whenever you think of Philadelphia or Washington the first thing that comes to your mind is United States but then you realize that the names of these huge American metropolises come from these tiny towns and villages in the middle of nowhere in the northeast part of rural England, it's absolutely fascinating.

Paganism my friend. Sacred moon, for their god is the sabean god of the moon, the moongod with 3 doughters (lat, uzza, manat), the stars, sabeans worshipped stars, so thats the unification or tawheed of them. Muhammad was called SABI = sabean, because he was sabean to, then later he become power through khatidsha when she died and then he claimed to be a prophet of the sabeans, then he even tried to be a jewish prophet, then also he tried to be christian prophet, but all of them rejected him, because of false prophet with no sign from God. Then he simply did mix sabeanism (Kinze Rba) + Torah + New Testament + Apokryphal Books + Jewish legends = thats exactly islam. You dont believe me? Then my friend you were never interested in the true islam, if you had studied only 10% you would see at least the same picture as i can see. It may be possible that people from Petra migrated to what is now Mecca , either due to religious persecution or due to natural disaster. These people were Ismaelites, off shoot of Jew religion, who are descendent of Ismael , and his son Nebaioth , the first born son. This could be origin of Nabateans. The cubical structure which is typical worship place through out Arabian desert, especially around Yemen, had one special characteristic associated with it, and that is Black stone. Once placed in this cubical structure, you have combination of old rituals of Bedouins and rituals of people from Petra. This is now part of Islamic religious rituals. Rest is all history, created later on during Ummiyads and written during Abbasids era.

There is a 1000 year gap between Ishmael's grandchildren and the earliest record of Muhammad's ancestry. Everyone in between that gap, Muhammad filled in with fictional people. And how come there are no historical records that were present at the time mention anything about a qibla change? This theory is a fringe one and most scholars don’t take it serious

The Polytheists from Yemen who first inhabited Mecca probably built it to their Gods in the 5th century AD! But Mohammads home, Aisha's home or any other historic site is covered in concrete! If it was ever there in the first place?

According to Lloyd, Yemeni worshipped a moon god named al-maqah in Yemen, likely the origin of the word mecca. Since then various cities was called mecca. Based on Dan's explanation, it seems that it started in Petraeus (first in northern Petra - smaller rock, then in the second Petra - bigger rock), before the current mecca - black stones. I would speculate the moon worshipping cult started in Yemen and was adopted in Petra by the Nabateans merchants.

@@AndiWidjaja, I agree wholeheartedly with Lloyd De Jongh and we know from Islamic Scriptures that the Kaa'ba was surrounded with Polytheists, Pagan Statues prior to the followers of Islam removing them. I've also read that there's evidence of a smaller Kaa'ba being built into the Kaa'ba that we see today and in certain light you can clearly see where the original Kaa'ba has been extended by the colour of the rock. But my main concern is *WHY?* ...... Why is there NO Archeological Evidence of anything in Mecca that predates Mohammad?? And Why is there NO Archeological Evidence of Mohammads time or that era in Mecca? No pottery, no artifacts, nothing! Mecca is in an arid, dry, volcanic rock plateau and therefore any artifacts would survive intact. If Mecca was the center of a great civilisation as Islam claims, there would be some Archeological Evidence of this Civilisation. All over the World from Deep in a northeast Kimberley rock shelter on Balanggarra Country is a two metre-long rock painting of a kangaroo. The painting is dated 17,500 years old or 15,500 BC. There's parts of the "Great Wall of China" in the Gobi Desert that's dated to the 7th Century BC, and Newgrange, the Stone Age (Neolithic) monument in the Boyne Valley, County Meath, Ireland. Newgrange was constructed 3,200 BC. Not to mention, The Great Pyramids of Giza or Stonehenge! So what's the Evidence of Mecca? NONE!!!

What heard that the in arabic Makkah has it root in مكان = mkkan PLACE/ side. Also mention be that the fully arabic name of Mecca is Makkah Al-Mukarramah = "Makkah the Honored", also refered as the "Holy City of Makkah" and if Makkah original means it can be translated as "Place of the Holy city" OR better "The honour Place" . That today's Makkah can be renamed is logical - Islam renamed cities quite often Yathrib -> Medina, Al Qahira for Cairo and many others

It cements a very crucial history of Islam as being derived from much closer to the Jewish Holy Land. The problem is that it also point to Jerusalem as not the Farthest Mosque. Jerusalem is right next door to Petra compared to Medina. "The general consensus of modern Muslim scholars is that the Isra' and Mi'raj were specific to a physical place called al-Masjid al-Aqsā ("the Far Mosque") and that Muhammad did indeed go to a physical location." But where did the companions of Muhammad while Muhammad was alive fled after being kicked out of "Mecca" (which was actually Becca, which was another name for Petra), East Africa. So that means the al-Masjid al-Aqsa would be in East Africa. Yeah, the Muslims have no reason to be in Jerusalem at all. At more likely it was not just a deliberate ploy (as Islam is very much tied to politics) to take control over the Jews by making the Mosque in Jerusalem the third holiest site, and going further to make Islam appear like a continuation of Judaism or at least the Abrahamic Faith. Islam was a monotheistic alteration of the Nabataean Folk Religion. They may have had ties to Judaism, more correctly Proto-Semitic faith in general as being fellow Semites, but Islam really has no reason to be in Jerusalem or in Palestine for that matter. It really doesn't at least not to the extent of dying a holy war over.

To the Romans, "Colonia" meant a settlement that was created by settling a number of retired legionnaires, and thus a settlement of Roman citizens as opposed to native peoples without Roman citizenship. Of course, after the third Century, the difference between a _cives_ and a _peregrinus_ had been erased by the Antoninian Constitutions, but the practice of settling veterans in the provinces must have still been alive and well.

very convincing, lots of correlated data. However, while the black stone came from Petra, and the mosques faced Petra, its connection to Arabs does not mean that the Koran was written there: I've visited Petra, Antioch, Baalbak, Harran, etc. and have no doubt that the physical geography of the Koran audience fits none of these, only Homs fits.

It looks like Jay Smith and Abdul Fadi become irritatingly jealous when they could read something beautiful are written about Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). What they want is that all writers would always go by their line of thinking of always finding faults against Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), and that what they should write will always be about his bad sides. If only they have a supernatural power to squeeze the intelligence of Michael H. Hart and the likes of him, they would do so to make them write anything negative only about Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). What they lose sight of the fact is that they cannot suppress the intelligence of the writers and their independence to write. They cannot make them succumbed to their evil motives. -06-19-23

Is it not worth pondering upon as to why the ORIGINAL ARAMAIC GOSPEL cannot still be produced by the Christian scholars up to now? If I were a Christian, I would give a second look on my faith since I have no book from God to serve as my basis for my spirituality and religiosity. I would not hesitate to give a second thought by questioning the genuineness of the source of my faith which come only from the opinions and ideas of different men. How could it be that their words become the words of God? Am I in the right track? Or, should I now shift lane to erase the doubts bothering me? Or, should I choose procrastination until the original Aramaic Gospel would surface from oblivion? But my end is getting nearer and nearer every day. I have to act now and waste not a second. I have to choose the religion whose book comes from God. With that, I am sure that I am following the words of God, and not the words of men. I am certain now that I have a better place to go to. Paradise. -06-22-23

Some think Matthew was originally written in a Semitic language. There are theories on a common source for Matthew, Mark, and Luke due to their similarities. A lot comes down to what authority(authorities) one believes in terms of perceived truth. The truth itself does not of course change. Didn’t Khadijah have a cousin or relative from among the Christians, a Nestorian? This would make sense in Jordan and the Levant as Nestorianism today is in that area and traveled the Silk Road.

How I earnestly wish that there is now an original ARAMAIC GOSPEL because I am dying inside to read it. I hope there is a translation in English. It's hard to read it in its original form in Aramaic. I don't know that language. I think Aramaic is much harder to read than Arabic. From what museum or library can we find the original ARAMAIC GOSPEL? Is there any original manuscript for it? I am urging Jay Smith and his cohorts to produce that book as soon as possible so that Muslims and Christians alike will be enlightened. -05-13-23

As per my study, the 4 make-believe gospels are written in the wrong language. The true original Gospel is written in Aramaic. But Jay Smith and Abdul Fadi are evading to let their books be put under scrutiny. So, to hide the falsehood of the 4 make-believe gospels, they diverted the attention of the viewers to the Qur'an which is written in its original Arabic language. Dig up first the original Aramaic Gospel. That is the best contribution you could do to the whole Christendom. -07-05-23

Granting Dan Gibson went as far as China to measure the old mosques there. How did he measure the inaccuracy of the qibla direction of the mosques which he claimed is directed toward Petra? Granting he went to other places where old mosques were built, what instrument did he use to get the precise direction to Petra? Let's try to accept that the mosques were directed toward Petra, do you think the intention of the muslims praying is toward Petra? The mosques were intentionally built directing toward Ka'aba in Mecca using the traditional method of measurement which is based on the astronomical direction of the sun and the stars. So the possibility of the direction sliding a bit to other place is not remote. It may have had passed through the line of Petra, but it doesn't end there. Why did Dan Gibson stop at Petra? What is the place after Petra? What is the place after the place after Petra? And so on and so forth. That is the question you should ask Dan Gibson. What is his motive in stopping at Petra? Why did he not continue his journey of measurement? Why did he choose Petra as his stopping point? -06-19-23

According to Jay Smith the LETTERS OF PAUL are just MERE TAFSEER of the Old Testament and “other scriptures” (?). Tafseer means interpretation. If the letters of Paul are just mere tafseer, why is it they become the main core of the New Testament which comprised 90 percent of it. These should be written in a separate book. In the Islamic standard, no single tafseer is included in the Holy Qur’an. Hence, the letters of Paul must be written in a separate book. Jay Smith failed not elaborate as to what specific book or verse/s in the Old Testament that each letter is intended to for being a tafseer. He should have elaborated on the following letters of Paul: LETTERS OF PAUL TO THE DIFFERENT CHURCHES: 1). Romans - tafseer of what is it intended for? 2). Hebrews - tafseer of what is it intended for? 3). Corinthians - tafseer of what is it intended for? 4). Galatians - tafseer of what is it intended for? 5). Colossians - tafseer of what is it intended for? 6). Philippians - tafseer of what is it intended for? 7). Ephesians - tafseer of what is it intended for? 8). Thessalonians - tafseer of what is it intended for? LETTERS OF PAUL TO THE DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS: 1). Timothy - tafseer of what is it intended for? 2). Titus - tafseer of what is it intended for? 3). Philemon - tafseer of what is it intended for? 4). James - tafseer of what is it intended for? 5). John - tafseer of what is it intended for? 6). Jude - tafseer of what is it intended for? 7). Peter - tafseer of what is it intended for? -06-07-23

According to Jay Smith is that he believed that there is really ONE ORIGINAL GOSPEL. Since he cannot find it, he assumed that the gospel of John is already that book. But his is only mere assumption. He failed to make any clear evidence to show that his assumption is correct. Hence, he has to show manuscripts in Aramaic as evidence for his assumption that the gospel of John is the already real Gospel of Pophet jESUs (pbuh). By his hasty assumption, he undoubtedly discarded the gospels of Mark, Matthew and Luke into useless books which have no more meaning to the whole Christendom, and hence not fit to be used as the basis of the religiosity of the Christians. -06-03-23

There is no doubt that prophet Mohammed was born in Arabia Petraea and is certainly a Petran . Therefore kindly consider the following starting point for a minute : There is only one holy land, one sanctuary , one place , (one masjid) that the Quran as a book keeps on referring to ! In that location already lived people of the older scripts (the Torah & the bible) some of which were true believers (as God mentions in the Quran) and others were either deniers or associators. Meaning in that location already lived Christians and Jews ! God called those people the children of Israel and talks about the sanctuary which will be entered twice by believers. Once is already a done deal (during Mohamed's lifetime), the second entering of the sanctuary (the masjid) is prophecized but not yet done (Surat Al Isra). By reading the holy scripts (Quran & bible) we immediately understand that this sanctuary (masjid) is located n Jerusalem! There is no doubt that even Jesus called that sanctuary : "a place of worship and pilgrimage for all nations". This should already trigger an alert, to say wait a minute ! If Petra is Mecca then what is Jerusalem ?? Could it be vice versa ? That Jerusalem is Mecca and Petra the City ?, or Petra is Mecca and Jerusalem is the city. Which version is the correct one ? Let's not forget that the Quran already mentions a city using the word city. The Quran would not have refered to London City as London by name, but merely as a city. similarly, I don't believe that the Quran addresses any personalized names for places of worship or masjids such as "Masjid Al Aqsa". That name could only have been copied from the Quran's verse to justify another purpose by whomever named this way ! Every word must be taken literally, and Al Aqsa means the farthest point with no beyond ! And this was used in the verse from surah al Isra in which God rose the prophet into the heavens in a one night return trip. Therefore that masjid (Al Aqsa) could only be a heavenly place and not an earthly one. The holy scripts have all the pieces of the puzzle in them. The history was obviously altered and re-written.

Dan Gibson had a hard time finding the link of Petra to the Qur'an. He has to go to the Bible, and reinterpret the verse in it to make it similar to the occurrence in the Qur'an. Therefore, it is right to conclude that he is just fabricating his theory. Hence, it is totally false. -06-28-24

Why is it the BIOGRAPHY of Prophet jESUs (pbuh) is TOTALLY HOLEY? And why the Christians are not fully aware about this HOLE? Is the story of the life of Prophet jESUs (pbuh) not important to them when in fact, they should oblige themselves to know every minute detail of it? What is the use of venerating him when they know only a little about him? As can be observed that in spite of the 4 narratives depicted in the 4 make-believe gospels, the 4 Greek writers failed to give the full account of the life of Prophet jESUs (pbuh). The narrative started from year 1 which tells about his miraculous conception and his birth, and then it jumped immediately to year 30 which tells about his preaching of the Aramaic Gospel to the children of Israel (Jews), and ended in year 33 where he was allegedly crucified and ascended to heaven. 28 years from year 2 to year 29 which comprised the primetime of his life are unaccounted for. Indeed, what a BIG, BIG HOLE it is!!! Such a man who hailed from a miraculous beginning cannot escape the curious and inquisitive eyes of the people. So, it could not be that there is no narrative for those 28 years. It could not be that out of his 33 years on earth, only 5 years were accounted for and having narrative. Those 28 years must have been replete with tremendous meaningful and wonderful activities. It could not be that after he ascended to heaven, people of his time blew all the memories about him into oblivion. The story of such a man like him who is revered and venerated by the people cannot easily be forgotten. But why did the 4 Greek writers skip the account of the primetime of his life? Is there something fishy that needs to be hidden? One cannot help to cast doubt that there is really something fishy in the narratives of the biography of Prophet jESUs (pbuh). Indeed, I smell something fishy. -07-25-23

It's impossible to replace one mountain to another even back then... How they travel to southeast Asian then get back to their homeland, or travel by silk road from China to Italy and then going back if they do not master the navigation. It's impossible they do not recognize their family, their homeland. 🤣🤣
