Here is a tip about bats to take into consideration: bats use sonar to navigate, and sometimes they get spooked by sudden movement of a large signal (from a human for example) and will start to panic. So if that happens, the best thing to do, is stand perfectly still for a moment until they "calm down". Bats are hunting insects, which are of course attracted to your light. So the bats are following the small signals of the insects and then they are startled by a larger single (you guys). So if you can restrict your movement when you are around bats, it will help some. I hope this helps. I also feel that some of the responses you got were residual in nature, maybe from the time the area was flooded?

Hi Amy and Jarrod the idea of ghosts walking above your heads with no floorboards is intriguing to me I had a mate who lived in a house that was situated right next door to a cemetery. Along with things like doors opening and closing by themselves there seemed to be the sound of someone with a heavy laboured breathing that would move through the house. The sound moved through the house and disappeared through a wall. When my mate talked to the landlord he said that the house was sectioned off to make two houses out of one large one and where the breathing noise disappeared was where the adjoining door used to be. He also said that an old lady who owned the property and who lived there in the house for many years when it was just one large house died there from emphysema. Great episode very spooky place stay safe guys.👍👻👻👻

I love the fact I’m listing of places to visit in Wales! Where I live is so dry of anywhere haunted 😅 I don’t know how to explain the flash of black, but where I live around Lampeter there’s a place known as the goblin stone and I’ve seen flashes of black go over. Not solid black, but definitely shadowy movement and really hard to describe.

I love how genuine you guys are! Honestly, some of the other paranormal investigators are annoying and they greatly exaggerate their findings, so I have unsubscribed from these people. They have millions of subscribers anyway, but they're not my cup of tea. I wish KZbin would put you on top of the search results when viewers search for paranormal investigators. Also, Paranormal Scholar is a favorite KZbin channel of mine, but Laura, the narrator, isn't on top of the search results either. Besides you two, Exploring with Josh is pretty good too. The rest really sucks but I guess they do it for entertainment purposes and not actually for a scientific/objective analysis. Keep on doing you, Amy! You guys rock!

With my former paranormal group we used to use dowsing rods for finding old graves. An interesting thing to try to get used to dowsing rods is to have one person lay in the middle of the floor and walk towards the person and watch the dowsing rods cross as you get to the person. Dowsing rods have been around since about the 16th century. It’s one of those strange things that science can’t explain, but they are used for a variety of things. One of the biggest uses has always been finding a place to dig a well. you don’t have to buy dowsing rods you can just use a couple of wire hangers. are use mine with my three haunted dolls.
