Neat! And I have discovered that a very good fuel proofer is available through boat supply stores these days, composite, but a lot thinner than the glue we used to smear all over the firewall. Thanks for the demo!

planes designed for electric are usually built lighter with less reinforcing as there is almost no vibration from electric motors, a 4 stroke glow motor is a vibration creator and i expect certain areas/joints on the airframe to shake themselves apart after not too long.

That's exactly my thought, particularly with 4 stroke engines where the vibrations are even higher compared to 2strokes. Is not clearly visible but at 6:15 there is no evidence of any reinforcements along the join between the firewall and the fuse walls

Fantastic!!! I only worry about the CG as the 6s battery, motor and esc is heavier than a 91 plus fuel tank and receiver battery 🙈 this will sound amazing in the air I have one in my Extra 360 love this engine !

Don't forget to coat the new bulkhead and fuel tank compartment, with a protective sealing compound Blaz. The last thing you want is for oil from the exhaust , or stray fuel droplets, to soak into the balsa and plywood in those areas.😮

I’m concerned that the CG will change as the fuel level drops. You’ll be balanced at takeoff and tail-heavy before landing. I can’t wait to watch the maiden. Best of luck!
