Can't tell you how much i enjoy your videos. i used to fly and crash and it was so disheartening but ive learned that sometimes it just happens and as always they can be fixed which I find i enjoy just as much. I also have 3 sons of which 2 are in the hobby as well. I salute both of you . Thank you.

Thanks for such kind words my friend. I was really so depressed at the beginning if I had crashed the plane. But later I have realized that that is just the fact if you are flying. It doesnt matter how good pilot you are crash will happen no matter what. But as long as we have something to glue together is OK. Iam really happy that you enjoy this hobby with your sons. I hope that mine will also be RC pilot someday. Big salute back from Slovenia.

Hey guys, love the way that in Slovenia you can just turn up at an ' old road ' and fly ! ... no chance of doing that here in the UK !! someone owns every square inch and the land owners or the Police would be spoiling the fun within minutes !!

you 2 are just perfect....DONT EVER change the format of this channel....it is an absolute joy to watch ...I am 60 years old and a lifelong RC flyer starting in the early 70's with single channel McGregor equipment and the game changer Futaba M series. There are so many model flying channels on KZbin but yours is head and shoulders above the rest I would love to meet you 2 guys in person as we would have alot in common. I dont think I will be going to Slovinia ....would love to...but if I do I will look you up and invade your runway....OH YEH. PS I kept getting a 1 frame flash of Pilot Robert occasionally....anybody else see it ?

Reading your intro, and yes called all of those names, and in Canada we called it the Dak. It was used a lot in the 60's at the Air Base I was stationed at from 64-69 and how long after that I don't know but it was a real work horse. It could also be equipped with skis for flights up north in the winter when often your runway was a frozen lake covered with snow. Nice flying once again and great photography. Now I understand what a tip-stall is. It looks like the aircraft doesn't have enough speed in a climb while turning at the same time, and it simply falls over and doesn't have enough height to recover. It might be interesting to experiment to make it tip-stall on purpose at a high altitude to see how far it falls in order to come out of it. Anyway, thanks again for a great video, and of course, Happy Flying

So like the eager Guy you are you jump right in there and go wide open creating the premature situation and crash landing leaving her lying there broken and disappointed once again. Heyyy...what a joy to watch, great maiden flight...loved the slow passes...i have a 1,5m DC-3 with Pan Am scheme (unfortunately cant post a pic here) and is gorgeous to fly but you need to pay attention to some specific DC-3s behaviours...take off with a long roll (control direction with RUD and wait for the tail to raise then apply power and tkof...this model will tip stall imediatly if you dont recpect that), the ELE is very effective thus some D/R and EXPO is totally needed...nice coordinate turns (RUD 60% AIL 40%) with some speed to avoid stall...on landings stay with her all the time and never cut the engines during the flare...keep a nice speed and flight it till the flare and just after cut the power....in mine i use the same amount of full flaps you used on your tkof flaps....it was a great video Robert and Blaz and it must have a redenption flight! Besides the too low speed, in the second take off, it seems some os the prop blades was broken or unbalanced after the 1st landing...when you applied ful,l the sound was pretty different and this contribute to the crash imho...keep flying gents...cheers from BR.

@@PetrincicBrosRC Getting props balanced is hard enough without cutting them. That must have been a nightmare to even get close to being balanced. I have a lot of props I need to balance. 4 new aircraft. I need to get busy.
