2015 Suzuki Swift Sport - Review and Testdrive

Unfortunately with a slight cold this time, but anyway: We took the Swift Sport for a ride and review. What do you think - would you get the new Swift Sport or the old one?

I have drive both, I would get the 1.6 136 hp

@@syrus1233 Mainly Because I enjoy the 1.6 N/A more than the 1.4 turbo, it feels more engaging to drive. You must keep it at high revs to get the maximum performance out of it, it needs an aggressive drive that the 1.4 turbo doesn't need. Also the sound of the 1.6 is much nicer and sportier and the gearbox give more mechanical feeling. The 1.4 is more comfortable for everyday driving and has more tech, the 1.6 is just more fun!

Also consider the incredible reliability. They seems to live forever being abused on nurburgring car rental. And chain driven timing.

Yep, that is definetly true, but these engines want to be warmed up properly.

I also "abuse" mine on country (B-roads) and on the Autobahn. I always let it warm up and never had to repair anything. Great car!

.SUZUKI SWIFT 1.6 SPORT 2014 do they drink a lot of petrol ?

Depends on how you drive ;) Daily driven like a normal car ~5.5-6.5l / 100km. Spirited driving all the time maybe 8-9l / 100km I guess.
