Did the same job about a year ago was a bit of a fiddle think if I remember I took the clutch pedal off the car.

great vid but how did you get the clip out of the pedal and putting the new clip back into the pedal do you push the ball into the clip the push the clip into the pedal ? cheers

Yes put the clip on over the ball and press the pedal into it 👍

Im having the same issue on the same car mine is coming all the way back up but the last bit seems to spring up! Di you think could be the same problem?

I got the old one out but the retaining spring came off so i had to dismantle the paddle. not knowing that placee the clip in with cylinder attached but unable to unhook the new one so I can put the spring back in. Do i need a special tool to clamp it in to dismantle it again. Its hard as the new hip 😅

No my one was not crunching on gear changes you could have a gearbox problem or maybe leaking clutch fluid

How do you physically change the clip, the video slips the part where you take the old clip out and put the new one in. Do you need to take the clutch pedal off?

Yes more or less I unbolted the pedal for more space and you then push in on both sides of the clip and it comes away from the pedal kinda of awkward three hands be handy
