Great video! Do you know the weights of the rollers in the variator? Also what kind of V Belt? I am using 5.6g weights and a Malossi Belt which is the same spec as the original Bando Belt, overall performance is better than with the original parts (the weights were probably about 5.8g from stock) but I have a flat spot when setting off 0-7mph and it struggles on some steeper hills. Thanks.

Hi mate, my rollers are the same as yours and I also have a flat spot from 0-8 as shown on the video. I think it’s how the gearbox is made to be honest

@@kmr.wright Thanks for replying, must be the way the bike is set up. May be the clutch as I think there is a change at lower speeds according to those who have done videos about it. I remember the bloke from 49cc Scoot mentioning something about it.
