I have strong Scandinavian blood in me. I have been so fascinated by the Vikings and their culture. I have always felt close to the Vikings even as a little girl. My direct bloodline on my father's side was 100% Nordic until my father and originally hail from Bergen Norway. They were one of the original families to settle the village now turned city. Hence our last name Bergan. They changed the last E to an A when they immigrated here to North Dakota back during the early part of the First World War.
