Love Made-In pots but not their pans. Love Everything Kitchen for the three best pans I've ever owned- Demeyere. Their 7-ply 5.1 qt Sauté pan is the most marvelous pan I've ever used. It's an absolute delight to cook with. Their 5 ply 9.4" & 11" Atlantis Proline pans which I also purchased from you are also excellent pans. All three of my Demeyere pans employ Silvinox, a unique electro-chemical surface treatment system that prevents nickel & other metal leeching into the food. Only SS pans I know of that can do this. I don't care for Demeyere's other lines, but their Atlantis/Proline line is most definitely heritage quality to pass on for generations.

Smokey Treats, glad you are loving your pans! Demeyere makes incredible quality products, I was not familiar with the Silvinox process, very great info!
