I worked at a nursery/plant grower in Pasadena, California and we had a long center driveway paved with asphalt millings. It melts down pretty good in the summer heat and you can compact it just by driving over it. It's a little gravely but way better than dirt. And the city was always happy to have a place to dump the millings - we had to freshen up the driveway every couple years.

Steam dyno? Here is a fun fact. Abner D. Baker developed the Baker Fan to provide a load to tune his tractors and steam engines. Engineers estimated that if you had the fan tuning 200 rpm. To turn the fan 400 rpm it would take 4 times the power to do so. Tune a steam engine? Yes by setting the slide valving and adjusting the governor effects power output.

Call a concrete producer like ST Wooten of Ready Mix or something and see if any of them sell crushed concrete.....that's dirt cheap and makes a GREAT base for asphalt.....Just dont cheap out and only use it by itsself to fill in potholes and low spots because it still has active cement in it and will ruin your cars and customers cars paint jobs if you don't wash off the dust/mud.....so just as a base before placing asphalt but not to fill in the potholes.

Some nice videos and good work from you guys. Your greatest work though is shown through your kids Brent, enjoy your family and may God keep an eye on them. In regards to the crx, since fuel pressure is not dropping, although it should have been around the 80psi mark with 58psi static flow rate and 25psi boost, and since you do not get to see lean afrs up top without being able to correct them, then the injectors indeed do not flow as they should for 1000cc, as hp vs inj duty does not match.
