Fast means your shot is going to go to the left brother. Slow is to the right. Perfect is right where your aiming. That is your downswing timing.
@Ma_Kachada2 жыл бұрын
When this video was made fast shots also went longer. Slow shots went shorter yardages. You're correct on direction though of left, right, and straight. There have been updates changing the distances for fast and slow shots in the last year.

Where am I at your miles away on every shot , head wind is more than 1 yd per 1 mph more like 1.5 or 2 depends on iron being used

The problem is elevation doesn’t play 1/3. It actually depends on the club your hitting, the severity of the elevation change, and lastly the wind conditions. Sometimes it’s 1/3 other times it can be 1/4 I’ve played it 1/6th with a driver playing down hill 200 plus feet. Your wind numbers are wrong too.
@Ma_Kachada3 жыл бұрын
I appreciate your feedback. Always open to others suggestions and studies. I have a video on how I did my processes and generated my results. Just know no number will ever be exact because lie, wind, elevation all counter each other. This are very close ball park numbers for people to use to be successful. Cheers to good golf!

@@Ma_Kachada They can be. Just need to understand how to manipulate them properly in the right circumstances. i.e. if your hitting a SW 50ft downhill with a 7 medium wind in your face. You’re gonna be in for a rude awakening if you use your math. 1/3 is a nice standard to go by if there’s no wind but depending on the shot. You have to adjust on the fly. Your wind numbers are only correct for low wind conditions as well. Once they are up into the mediums and the highs. They are much different than a 1 for 1 ratio. Something I notice a lot of players don’t take in account is the lie%. They play every shot like it’s 100%. Clicking in on a practice swing often reveals the exact %. People will often say “What’s the big deal? I’m off by 1%”. Well if you’re off by 1% on a 200 yard approach. You’re missing your landing spot by 6 ft. Which is a huge margin. If you want exact numbers hit me up. I figured them all out and have yardage charts I’ve created google docs for. Long story short. These numbers you provide are perfect if you gonna play a flat course with low wind. Use these numbers your using on an extreme elevation change course with medium winds and your numbers going to be out to lunch.

@@onyourkilllist6880 fully understand. If you look through my channel I have in depth breakdowns of all the different levels of wind, lie, elevation. This video is a quick guide for people to use. Hence why I encourage people to go check out the full in depth videos if they want more details. Not everyone has time, skil,nor the desire to sit there and calculate the exact 1%. I have attempted to give those people a ballpark numbers they can simply use to play the game. You're not wrong in anything you're saying. The more in depth breakdowns might be more of what you're looking for rather than the quick guide.

@@Ma_Kachada I don’t need’m bro. Just trying to give you some constructive feedback on some mistakes you made in this video that could lead others astray. When I play the E-Series events, I win them by 10-12 strokes. I leaned how to play golf games in the 90’s on Links LS. At this point, I just like to help people out who are approaching the game properly with mathematics. Keep up the good work, a lot of people will improve their games listening to this video.

Hey good video but you didn’t account for roll out ( total yardage). If you wind up posting an updated version can you include that as well thanks!
@Ma_Kachada3 жыл бұрын
So total yardage is tricky because it depends on the course conditions, club & wind. A soft green or fairway may only roll a 1-3 yards. A firm green can run 7-10 yards. It also varies on the club you are using. A 4 iron launches lower with a shallower decent angle so it may roll more than a 9 iron. I wish there was an easy way to give you those numbers, but it has too many variables.

@@Ma_Kachada Thanks I appreciate the reply just was curious if there was a formula for that as well. Keep up the great content!

@@Ma_Kachada I would love to see a test of roll out yardages. Maybe average roll out yardages with 5 iron, 8 iron, PW on medium green conditions.

Just an FYI, you're mixing up your yards and feet sideways, each box on the green is 1 yard/3ft you were allowing X ft instead of X yards, still a good video though, keep it up

Wow... appreciate that. I edited this video and heard it a bunch, but didn't realize I mixed up the words. One of those things you hear it so many times my mind blocked out the obvious and I didn't pick up word mixup.

Each box on the green grid is 1 yard , you have got this wrong hence your shot is not on target , as stated below by FuzztBunnyofDoom , but there is no comment from you , some times the wind from the side can be double what you say , < wind that way of 6 mph can mean 12 yards or more to the right , none of your shots are accurate , so where u at man
@Ma_Kachada3 жыл бұрын
I did comment on fuzz below. My yardages are distance to the flag. Left and right yardages can vary based on lie and wind changes. Also updates have recently come out making wind/ lie penalties increased. All in all my yardages to the flag are tested and proved, but I have always said left and right yardages are about estimations because too many factors come into play. These are just my findings and I offer close yardages and my studies to back my findings, but that doesn't mean other people can't have other findings just like in any scientific breakdown. Always open to hearing different results and how people came about them. Feel free to share and maybe it could help a follower.
