It really give awesome examplesof the people achieve their higher goal by being in FLOW state. like Real happincess, Fear & TEnsion, Happiness & Purpose, Read & do Yoga, Search challenge, Learn and do not Wrong Goal, Relationship, Focus, Accept Challenge But for me FLOW means being in Focus & I have community where we have 02 Focus hour ie 11 am to 12 Noon and 5 pm to 6 pm (we do 10 minutes meditation& and do which is important and alligned to our goal like video / podcast / images / content etc we just push our limits and keep consistency in our goals. Day 05 ,flow todays learning (i) flow is a state of optimal expriance where we are fully impersed in present. 2.flow was the key of happy life. During flow pepople fells a sence of happiness concentration with life and we fell entirely in control . Chapter -2 .forget the external distraction and focous till reach our goals. When we do any work which is no easy nor hard,then we push our limits to achieve more in that work. For a long time, yoga has been seen as a positive way to release ego & attract to your GOALS. To Find the true meaning of Life, firstly we have to decide a Specific goal - which challenged us & try to push our limits, then hustle to achieve that Goal & after goal achieved - you find the TRUE MEANING of your Life ❤️.
